The GuinnessTavern Playa Grande, Las Palmas

Pensé en dejar una reseña sobre la peor comida de mis vacaciones. Mi pequeña papa asada fue cocinada en el microondas hasta morir y combinó bien con mis frijoles cocinados en el microondas que habían explotado alrededor del tazón en el que se servía.

La comida era muy sabrosa
El personal muy amable
El ambiente era acogedor y muy acogedor.
Definitivamente regresaré

Frente a la playa, buen ambiente y buenos cócteles y helados. Ideal también para disfrutar de una cerveza bien fría. Fantástica atención y amabilidad de Ray, el simpático camarero. Sin duda, nuestra parada cuando vamos a la playa de Matagorda es este lugar.

El mejor desayuno que hemos tenido en Lanzarote hasta ahora. Estamos en nuestro día 17 y esto los ha superado a todos hasta ahora. El personal es encantador, muy servicial y muy ingenioso. Recomiendo encarecidamente que pruebes al menos el desayuno y la deliciosa taza de té. Sus baños son impecables. En general califico este lugar %.

Está ocupado, pero el personal está muy dispuesto a hablar o incluso saludar, pero por lo demás estuvo bien.

El personal es una vergüenza absoluta. Fui allí el año pasado y me gritaron porque pedí mantequilla para mi pan. Luego, cuando estaba pagando la factura, no me dio el cambio. Después de una pelea a gritos, pregunté por el gerente, ella dijo ella era la gerente.recibió el cambio de 20 centavos, solo podría agregar y lo arrojó sobre el mostrador, pero no le permití tenerlo.fue una desgracia absoluta. Solo puedo preguntarme cómo funciona este establecimiento un año después.mi recomendación es NO VAYAS ALLÍ. Hay muchos otros lugares más bonitos por allí.

Der Laden ist zweigeteilt, und im Eiscafé sitzt es sich sehr gut (wenn man denn die Sportübertragung ignorieren kann). Die Frauen im Service sind immer nett und blitzschnell mit einem neuen Nescafé Frappé.

Worst customer service, disgusting coffees that taste like Nescafe, they don’t speak English, very rude attitude with the customers, very expensive Cercavamo un bar-cafè per fare colazione questa mattina e siamo capitati in quello peggiore di Puerto del Carmen.
Ho ordinato un cappuccino ma qui mi è stato servito un caffe lungo con schiuma e cannella sopra!? Non essendo secondo me ciò che ho chiesto, ho gentilmente chiamato la cameriera per farlo cambiare con un cappuccino e lei scocciata mi ha risposta che il cappuccino lo servivano così.
Arriva il “cappuccino” che loro chiamano espresso macchiato, disgustoso come L altro ma senza cannella. Quando ci arriva il conto erano presenti sia il cappuccino che avevo rimandato indietro e sia L altro che ugualmente non ho bevuto, quindi abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni del perché alla cameriera che ci ha mandato la manager al tavolo che scortesemente e in spagnolo ci ha detto che non poteva buttare il prodotto e che quindi anche se non ci era piaciuto L avremo dovuto pagare comunque. Imparate che è meglio perdere quei 0,30 cent di un caffè ma assicurarsi che il cliente vada via contento e torni, che discuterci e far si che non torni mai più, come nel nostro caso.
Fate qualche corso di customer service e soprattutto di barista perché avete degli evidenti problemi

Lovely stop off for an ice cream here. Great service and selection. Also a nice view of the sea. Sit and watch the day go by.

Good children's meals. Adults ok but expensive for what you got. Service very slow but plenty of staff. We asked for a 2nd drink but never.got it

The ladies serving were friendly. The omelettes were tasty but the portions were VERY stingy for the price - the grilled tomato was just a slice and there were hardly any chips. The best thing about this place is the view.

We had 2 lovely visits to this café / bar for delicious coffee and cake.
Sadly the last two days we had to leave without any food or drink as they don’t have enough staff. Only one girl for the whole café incl outside. What a shame. Fortunately Marcos Bar just around the corner was able to help us out with quick service and coffee & cake.

Best breakfast on lanzarote, lovely staff and great location.
I left that review early last year when we were there for a few months, very few tourists just the owner and wife.
Return this year very disappointing staff not very friendly charged full price for a meat breakfast when we had a vegetarian breakfast, I can take that put to be charged for hot water for our coffee now thats taking the you know what. We will find someplace else for breakfast.

Love the place. Service excellent. Haven't eaten there. But will pay a daily visit when in Matagorda.

Coktail très bon et personnel très sympathique.

Was staying down the road from this bar in july 2019 and november 2019 what a luvly friendly bar the staff r so friendly and decent food ie good breakfast and lunches and great atmosphere love this bar cant wait to go in there again this year when the restrictions r lifted ta very much to all the staff in there for being so welcoming

Felt as though we were ripped off. Trying to support business locally 5 euros for an iced coffee.ice cream covered with warm coffee cream on top. Warm coffee melted ice cream into a wishy washy drink. No skill used,

It was fine, attentive staff (i.e. One chappy on his own) ; footie on the telly, if that's what you like, and a pool table where the baize looked ironed, but at least it wasn't torn.killed an hour or two!

This bar is right across from the beach it as a good selection of beers and food
It is very big and as a coffee section on one side there is a pool table. And the staff are very polite and quick to serve you it is next to other bars and a very good Indian restaurant well worth a try
