I had the best experience with my first tattoo done by Scarlett on my last few days in Barcelona. She's the sweetest most genuine artist and its evident how much she cares about her work from the detail she puts in. She created the most comfortable atmosphere for me mentally and physically and not to mention was extremely patient with my pain tolerance lol. I brought a few friends with me the same day and she did all of their first tattoos as well! Needless to say, 19: 28 will always have a special place in our heart all thanks to the beautiful Scarlett!

I was in Barcelona and had been thinking about getting my first tattoo (at 48 years old!). I did a lot of research and found 19: 28. The minute I walked in the door I knew I had found my place! I was incredibly nervous but Scarlett made me feel supported and safe. A phenomenal first experience, and I would go back again in a heart beat! Highly recommend.

Scarlett fit me in for a last minute appointment right before a holiday and she was so sweet and welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable and was quick. I love how my tattoo came out and I would send anyone in Barcelona to her!

I got my tattoo done by Scarlett & she was beyond amazing. From the scheduling until completion. A friend of mine got a tattoo done by her and gave me a recommendation so hoping I could get squeezed in before leaving Barcelona I reached out and she was more than accommodating. Upon arriving it was the friendliest of welcomes.

From the beginning to the end I felt extremely comfortable & cared for, between ensuring I felt happy with the sizing, & the placement, to my comfort & pain levels with needles. She walks you through every step of the process to make sure you understand what’s going on & is extremely easy to talk too.

Her work is amazing, if you need a tattoo done in Barcelona then Scarlett is the one to go too!:)

J’ai pris contact avec Scarlett via Instagram pendant un week-end à Barcelone. Tout d’abord, c’est un amour!
On a échangé sur mes envies (2 tatouages), mes inspirations et les emplacements, sur lesquels elle m’a conseillé.
Elle m’a donné rdv le lendemain. En arrivant, elle m’a présenté les dessins et ils étaient parfaits (si j’avais su dessiné j’aurais voulu faire exactement les mêmes dessins)! Elle les avait préparé en plusieurs tailles pour que je puisse mieux me rendre compte. Elle a pris le temps de me montrer différents emplacements et m’a également conseillé.
Pour la partie tatouage, elle est extrêmement douce! Parfait pour un premier tattoo par exemple. Je n’ai pas du tout eu mal pour le premier et presque pas pour le deuxième. Un vrai plaisir!
Les deux tatouages sont magnifiques, je suis vraiment ravies! Pour l’instant, ils vieillissent bien (ça fait 3 semaines maintenant). Et je suis aussi super heureuse d’avoir rencontré Scarlett et j’espère pouvoir la revoir à Barcelone ou chez moi à Paris, pour un nouveau tatouage peut-être!
Et également petite parenthèse sur le shop qui est canon et très propre. Franchement, leur note est méritée. Allez-y les yeux fermés!

I don’t even know how to start putting the wonderful experience I had at “19: 28” into words

I was in Barcelona for 5 days and spontaneously wanted to get tattooed. I found the studio via Instagram and texted them. Scarlett answered super fast, simply amazing. I was scheduled for the next day and got three fine line tattoos done by her. Scarlett did such an accurate job! The atmosphere and the artist herself were so welcoming and heartwarming, I felt really comfortable - highly recommend! She makes everything possible and is so perfectionist with her own work that an absolutely neat result is guaranteed - taking lots of time for the right placement and drawing super fine lines. Absolutely perfect!

Got tattooed on Saturday by the the shop manager, Scarlett, and everything was phenomenal. Scarlett really went above and beyond to make sure that I felt taken care of. I am extremely happy with the tattoo, and the experience overall was top tier. I will definitely be flying back for more tattoos here, highly recommend.

Experience incroyable pour mon premier tattoo, c'est SCARLETT qui m'a accueilli et je lui ai parlé de mon idée et elle a été absolument ADORABLE.
Elle a accepté directement de s'occuper de moi et m'a tatoué avec une extrême douceur.
Le shop est très joli, très propre et tout le monde est très accueillant.
Je recommande ce lieu sans hésitation!

Thank you for making me feel so comfortable while I was getting my tattoo here! From the very start Oskar made the process so easy going and I am so happy with how it turned out. I was able to adapt a design from his portfolio to add in an arch and some gradient, which he was happy to do. Overall, my experience was 10/10 and I really recommend coming here. Visited BCN 2 times and got 2 amazing tats each time I was there. 19: 28 set the bar really high for other parlours in my experience. @mrhydetattoos and @henrychurchtattooer are a guarantee you'll get exactly what you came for and @scarlettsimoneit will make you come back to the studio with a smile every time. Overall great vibes, will make you feel at home. Cannot recommend enough

So very happy with my tattoo and experience here. The artist was Scarlett who were so sweet and patient. She really took her time to perfect all the small details of the tattoo - You could feel how important it was for her to make sure that I was happy with the final result. Will definately come back for another one:)

Man fühlt sich schon beim Betreten des Studios superwohl! Mega eingerichtet, alle Künstlerinnen, die ich kennengelernt hab suuuuper lieb. Außerdem hat jede/r KünstlerIn seinen eigenen Stil, somit für alle was dabei!
Scarlett hat einfach tolle Arbeit geleistet, stets abgecheckt ob eh alles passt und total professionell. Mehr als 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Mi novio se hizo su segundo tatuaje con Scarlett en 1928, y la experiencia no podía haber ido mejor. Scarlett es una excelente profesional, siempre preocupada por hacernos sentir cómodos y seguros, y con un tacto exquisito a la hora de tatuar. Ni siquiera fue doloroso, si no todo lo contrario, mi novio casi se duerme mientras le tatuaba el antebrazo Quedamos tan contentos con la pieza floral que hizo en su antebrazo, que le pedimos a Scarlett que se encargara ella de hacer el antebrazo entero. Fuimos a seguir con la pieza a los dos días de haberse tatuado y, otra vez, fue una experiencia genial. Estamos super contentos con el resultado, y recomendamos a todo el mundo que vaya a 1928 a tatuarse!

Got a walk in tattoo while on vacation in Barcelona. This shop exceeded my expectations! My artist gave me the most beautiful tattoo and I am so happy to have his art on me. The lady that helped us get set up was so hospitable and took such good care of us while we waited. I wish I could take this shop back with me home!
