23Both visits to this hostel were wonderful. The staff, the other guests, the cleanliness, the terrace, the activities, the free dinners: all really supreme. You would make a mistake in passing this hostel up.
Hands down the best hostel in Barcelona, and the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The nightly free dinner fosters an environment similar to that of a family, as well as getting residents to know one another before the NIGHTLY pub crawl. 15 Euro to get a wrist band that lets you go out every single night of your stay with a group of ~50 people, as well as getting you several free drinks and club entry (insanely good value). The staff are amazingly friendly, especially Amparo and Liz!
Great hostel, friendly staff, perfect location with many activities. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the amenities: the bunk bed is difficult to climb up and especially down, one of the shower rooms has the shower broken. Also the metal lockers makes a lot of clinky noise when being used so it's a bit annoying.
