AB Apartment Barcelona

Nos alojamos durante el periodo navideño en uno de estos apartamentos. No lo recomendamos dadas las numerosas condiciones insalubres presentes en el lugar (ducha rota, moho en las duchas, nulo aislamiento acústico entre los apartamentos, limpieza cuestionable, pintura descascarada, etc.). En resumen, las fotos de su sitio no representan en absoluto el estado de este apartamento. Además, era inaceptable que se ocultara información sobre nosotros. De hecho, una persona de nuestra familia tiene movilidad reducida (en silla de ruedas) y nos dijeron que se podía acceder al apartamento en ascensor. El ascensor está ahí, microscópico pero presente, sin embargo, también hay un escalón para acceder y tres grandes escalones para acceder al apartamento, lo cual es simplemente inaceptable. No se tomó ninguna medida por su parte.

Por lo tanto, realmente no recomendamos esta agencia.

Nos lo pasamos muy bien en Barcelona en el apartamento AB, ya que la ubicación era muy conveniente y en un barrio tranquilo. La casa se encuentra a pocos minutos del metro con el que podrás llegar cómodamente a toda la ciudad. Para cualquier consulta los anfitriones estuvieron disponibles.

Muy maleducados! Si haces cualquier pregunta para quitar dúvidas, por buscar aclarar cosas, te tratan como un indigente! Cuando les enchufas dinero, bien, pero luego necesitas atendimiento y te tratan como un vagabundo.

Excelente ubicación, muy buena distribución de las habitaciones y áreas comunes, cuenta con todos los utensilios para cocinar, lavar los platos y lavar las ropas

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y la ubicación es genial. El personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento. Desde la llegada hasta el check out no hubo ningún problema. Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar a cualquiera que se aloje en Barcelona.

The apartment is very beautiful, very big, comfortable and it is like in the pictures. The customer service is excellent and I really appreciate how efficient they were during our stay. They were always very helpful, very kind and so polite! Thank you very much!

Definitely not worth the money. We stayed at the unit located at Carrer Sant Salvador 20-26,2-2, the rooms were super tiny, the mattresses super thin, there were many sockets that were not working, the shower was leaking everywhere, the apartment was super noisy at night, one curtain was not able to pull down, and the toilet door didn't even have a lock, just a hole. Surprisingly enough, when we checked in I reported all the damages in the apartment and they were not even aware of them.

Another funny fact is that it is it is an apartment for 4 people, and they provide a welcome back with one small coffee packet, which is obviously worth for one, I rather do not provide anything than just one.

Totally not worth to pay 1,300 euro for 3 night, I felt totally robbed.

The services of AB Apartment Barcelona are really high quality. Great accommodation. If you need something, the reaction and help is really quick. Highly recommended.

Good apartment to stay during visit in Barcelona. There were enough space for 6 persons and aircondition worked on every room. Situation was peaceful, there were foodshops and restaurants nearby. Public transport stops was also not so far. It was clean and beds was nice. At first was a bit problem with door opening system, but it opened eventually. Balcony was nice.

Service de clefs par smartphone et sav par wattsap hyper pratique et efficace. Appartement bien placé pour visiter la ville à partir du métro, juste petit bémol sur le bruit de la rue

AB Apartment Barcelona has managed my apartment in Barcelona for +10 years and all I can say are good things about them. Professional, honest and hard working company.

Appartement correct mais la gestion de réservation est très mauvaise! Nous devions récupérer la clé physique le matin et prendre l'appartement à 15 heures, seulement nous nous sommes rendus à leur bureau mais ils n'ont pas voulu nous remettre la clé, ils nous ont dit nous envoyer un SMS à 15 heures pour nous donner un lien pour une carte virtuelle.
Au final nous avons pris possession qu'à 17h de l'appartement soit 2 heures d'attente en bas de l'immeuble!

Our stay at the apartment was great. The apartment is spacious and clean with all necesarry amenities, access is done very easy. The location was great, metro station is close-by. Enjoy your stay!:)

Really bad experience with this company. They don’t care about their clients and were not helpful at hole. And finally, if you have a little baby with you, it is not their problem… it is yours that’s it.

Todo perfecto, apartamento en edificio señorial muy céntrico, reformado con mucho estilo, amplio y muy bien comunicado. La empresa muy atenta, tienen página propia donde gestionan toda la reserva profesionalmente.

Hemos tenido una experiencia muy bonita y extraordinaria. Excelente organización y coordinación con los profesionales de AB Apartment Barcelona. La estancia ha sido fantástica. Es destacable la limpieza y el orden en el apartamento. Felicidades.

Comfortable, well-equipped and convenient, and the owners deal with any query very promptly. Good supermarket and baker's nearby, just 4 minutes walk to Lesseps Metro station. I would advise ear-plugs overnight as the narrow street can be noisy, and Barcelona's bins tend to be emptied at 3 or 4 a.m. - fortunately I had learned from previous Barcelona experience and brought some in case!
