Very nice hotel with big room and also with big pool.location of the hotel is a little bit far from the bus stop that you need to walk 15 mins to the nearest bus stop to take you to the metro that it's a bit tiring since it's a bit steep but overall experience is good

Cons: Aircondition is very loud at night that we had to switch it off during the night

Sorprendida! Nos ha encantado la calidad del servicio. Fuimos 3 parejas para la boda de un amigo y quedamos sorprendidos gratamente. Su desayuno buffet con zumo natural un 10. El gastro bar terraza después de un baño en una piscina rodeada de naturaleza, ideal! Y las habitaciones muy bien cuidadas con multitud de detalles. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. Destacar la amabilidad del personal.

This is the worst place ever to live for people who are not from Spain i went there when I went to spain there from the hotel my bag was stolen when I was having my breakfast which contains my Passport and important documents and this hotel people did nothing to help me where this place was new to me and when i asked them to show CCTV footage the denied me. They are worthless they don't deserve to run a hotel like that. All there staff are useless

This was a very comfortable hotel, where I stayed during a business trip. The service was excellent, the room was cool and very clean, the bed and pillows were great and the food in both restaurants was quite good.

My only complaints were slightly inconsistent maid service (missing towels) and the location. It's across the street from Sant Joan de Deu Hospital, but it's a long drive from downtown. The Metro station is more than a mile from the hotel, and the hotel shuttle doesn't run on weekends, so lots of taxis are involved.

If the location works for you, it's an excellent hotel and I can highly recommend it.
