34Bonito hotel limpio. Tuvimos una toalla sucia en nuestra habitación fue la única queja. No puedo quejarme de que el personal de limpieza no entienda inglés porque estamos en su país y debería haberlo hecho mejor aprendiendo algo de su idioma. Pero por lo demás, un personal muy amable. El desayuno estaba recién hecho. 15€ por día para toda su estancia o 22€ por cada día individual. (Esos precios son por persona). Buena ubicación. El centro comercial L'illa está justo al lado del hotel. Buena comida en el patio de comidas del centro comercial.
Pasamos un fin de semana excelente, la habitación muy amplia y con todo los necesario, el servicio en recepción y en el desayuno perfecto
The hotel is located inside the L’illa mall. Elegantly designed, the place looks spotless. The rooms definitely were much nicer and in the 4-star segment unlike other hotels in this area.
My room had double bed and all the furniture. Bathroom was well equipped with all essentials.
The breakfast spread was nothing short of excellent and I am continuously amazed by their service
Perfect location on a mall (that has all types of shops) bus stop on front of the hotel that can take you to the main attraction in 15-20 minutes

We choose to stayed here to get away from La Ramba busy area but only 30 mins walk down to any of the tourist area or take a taxi which is cheaper than New York taxi
Will definitely stay here again if we coming back in next trip
Btw the hotel second floor is breakfast (free) with the option to opt out during your reservation
The mall itself under the basement full of restaurants and food courts plus grocery supermarket
Un hotel maravilloso, muy bien ubicado en una zona donde hay casi todo, tiendas, restaurantes, bares. Personal muy atento, y como recomendación adicional la carta de cenas es bastante completa.
This hotel is right in the L'Illia Mall, right at the light rail stop, which will connect you to the Maria Christina subway stop. The mall has a full grocery store and lots of good food options. There's a full spa across the courtyard. Along with more food options. The duetchbank ATM across the diagonal doesn't charge fees for Visa ATM card network. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at high hotel prices and unfortunately, smokers ruin your meal if you want to eat on the terrace. I can't believe Europeans are still smoking. I thought they were so much more advanced than Americans. LOL. The rooms have no carpets, but the bed we had was HUGE. Way bigger than a California king. No desk in the room, but it had a dining table and a couch. The people were super nice. Remembered our names and preferences. Super helpful with tourist tips. Can't wait to get back there!

Great stay, clean rooms, very difficult getting to and nowhere to park! Good for the price, but plan to take public transport everywhere
Très déçu de cet hôtel, l'extérieur est sympa, le hall d'entrée également, mais déçu de la chambre vue sur mer, la vue mer est belle mais la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur!
Petite, porte du dressing cassé, pas de Ventilation dans la salle de bain/wc, gros souci de chaud et froid dans la douche.
Je met tout de même 3 étoiles car le personnel est gentil, et le petit dej et de qualité.
Hotel precioso, cómodo, habitaciones amplias, limpias. No se oye nada de ruido de Diagonal. Lo mejor, el personal, profesional y muy amable.
Un hotelazo, tanto las habitaciones como el servicio espectacular, gracias a Ero de cocina, el desayuno y la comida de 10. Me he sentido muy bien tratado y sin duda repetiré.
Nothing fancy, but this is an efficient, clean and new feeling hotel. The bar and restaurant is very comfortable. The location is fantastic, just upstairs from a nice shopping mall with shops, restaurants and everything you need.

The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable although a little more A/C would have been nice. The restaurant was great, both morning buffet and dinner. The metro was convenient.
We loved our stay. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee at breakfast was good and there was a nice spread. The Tran is right outside and the metro is a short walk. I'd stay there again.
