Primero conocí a Nadia para una prueba de maquillaje y me encantó el resultado, natural y favorecedor. Ella es impecable, delicada y muy profesional. Desgraciadamente, el día del evento no pude disponer de sus servicios, aunque se ofrecieron a abrir el salón para mi a las 7 de la mañana porque cogían un vuelo unas pocas horas más tarde. Todo un detalle que valoré muy positivamente.
Volví para un corte de pelo y ahí intervino Silvana, consiguiendo lo que parecía imposible. Todo mi vida ansiando un flequillo y creyendo que mis rizos no lo permitirían pero ella consiguió el corte perfecto que lo hizo posible. Un corte Morryson que además consiguió quitarme unos cuantos años de encima.
Resumiendo, Nadia y Silvana son muy buenas profesionales y además muy simpáticas y con gran calidad humana. Las recomiendo sin duda!

Es ya un año que me capturaron con su excelente trato y profesionalidad, no vivo en barcelona, pero solo me atiendo aqui.
Confio plenamente en ellas porque han tenido el coraje de decirme no a trabajos que me hubieran estropeado el cabello. Sus consejos y productos me han ayudado a conseguir el cabello que queria! Recomiendo muchísimo estas profesionales.

Mi peluquería preferida! Las dos chicas son super amables, profesionales y tienen mucho talento. El trato es inmejorable y siempre saben asesorarte y dejarte el pelo espectacular. Las instalaciones son bonitas, luminosas y limpias. Todo perfecto! Hasta pronto!

La chicas son muy majas, me ofrecieron agua y cafè, el local muy limpio y atentos a las normas COVID. Me he hecho uno shatush y en un primero momento no habían salido bien pero las chicas me han arreglado el problema el dia siguiente admitiéndolo en seguida también si no me ha gustado como ha salido al 100%. Además he vuelto una tercera veces porque el flequillo era totalmente negro y me haciéron 3 pelos rubios manchado, preguntándome 10€ ademas. El trato con el cliente muy bien pero el resultado me ha muy muy decepcionado.

Son super buenas peluqueras, el trato es muy amable y estoy súper contenta con el resultado. Volveré!

Salon très chouette, où je vais chaque mois. Les massages de tête à la fin des coupes sont vraiment très agréable, les coiffeuses sont très sympa et professionnelles

Hace ya dos años que voy a esta peluquería y no podría estar más contento, no solo con el servicio y profesionalidad sino también por la atención y simpatía que trasmiten. Recomendable al 100%!

I go to Agard to have my eyebrows dyed every few weeks and am always very pleased with the results. The salon is very modern, clean and professional. The team of staff are all incredibly friendly! Highly recommend.

I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this salon. I went to straight my hair in this salon and it becomes one of my most horrible nightmare in my life.
1) My nightmare lasted almost one year because the top part of the hair is GONE! The hair was burnt with the hair straighter or with the chemical stuff they put on my hair.
2) The worst is their attitude and how they react after the accident happens. They are treating client as a fool and completely unprofessional. This is obvious accident and what they dealt with such issue is to cheat me.
When I finished hair perm in the salon, they woman made my hair very different. I usually had 4/6 parting for my hair, but the woman did it to 2/8, which means almost all the hair went to one side. Why? Because the top hair was gone and she had to hide the issue. That day was special, I was a bit rush as it was father's birthday. Everybody was waiting for me to have lunch together and I was already late. I did not even realize this issue and simply thought I could go back and change the parting line. Afterwards, the other woman in the cashier asked me if she could use a professional camera to take pictures as she would like to post the picture to their instagram!
ATTENTION: THIS IS A TRAP. PLEASE NEVER ALLOW THEM TO TAKE PICTURE OF YOU. (yes, of course, they chose the best angle of the hair that benefit for themselves, and simply disregard the problem)
After going home, I checked my hair carefully and felt something wrong. I went to complain about the hair and they promised that they would at least return the money to me. (I have message as proof evidence) When I went to salon again to get money back, they said they changed their mind that they would contact their insurance to compensate their lost and asked me to cooperate to get money. Nobody has ever contacted me including insurance company. In the end, when i checked with them again, they told me they again changed their mind and they would not return any money.

3) Last but not least, they charged me 160 euros without giving any receipt. Are they legal to do so?

After this accident, I went to doctor several time (i have records) and spent nearly hundreds of euros to buy products to help hair grow. And it greatly impacts my normal life and whenever I go, I have to wear hat to hide the problem. The hurting is more than hair lose itself.

In summary, you might think they are fine because they have not ruined your hairstyle so far. But from my experience, you can at least learn that whenever something bad happens, they are unprofessional and irresponsible and they put profit before anything. There are so many great salons in Barcelona and they are the real professionals, why do you come here and take this risk in your life?

Fui a probar con el tinte y salí encantada, tanto con el resultado como con el trato de las chicas. Se ve que se preocupan de hacerlo bien, te preguntan sobre tus gustos y lo que buscas/necesitas (que a veces no es igual!), te aconsejan de una manera muy coherente y acertada, te explican modos de peinarte. Vamos, que te tratan genial. Y el resultado es muy bueno, que no deja de ser lo más importante. Yo ya he ido 3 veces a hacerme el tinte y la última vez me animé a cortarme para hacerme un pequeño cambio y hacía mucho que no salía tan contenta de la peluquería. 100% recomendable!

La meva valoracio es de 5 estrelles, he sortit molt contenta i satisfeta amb el resultat! Molt amables i detallistes, m’he sentit molt comode en tot moment, i han sapigut escoltar i intentar donar el 100% per conseguir el que unx vol ens tornarem a veure!
