Great service and delicious vegetarian food, best seitan we ever had, beautiful plates, congrats to the chef, really worth the visit!

Simple tasting like something you would cook at home, but the dessert was great and the service was excellent. The server was attentive and even explained to us the menu in English. You can say it was not a wow, but not bad either. We left happy and satisfied.

Comida vegetariana excepcional.
Buenos alimentos y muy bien cocinados. Platos que te dejan satisfecho y que te sientan muy bien.
Trato muy amable por parte del dueño, que supo adaptar los platos a una dieta sin gluten.
Si volvemos a Gerona, repetimos seguro. A pesar del café, que no estuvo a la altura del resto.

Quantitats grans, varis plats no acaben de convencer. Hi ha opcións bastant millors a la ciutat.

Una gran descoberta a Girona, per tots els amants de la cuina vegetariana. Local molt agradable, amb terrassa, molt bon tracte i cuina molt variada, amb gran varietat de plats per triar, amb productes de proximitat i amb elaboració pròpia.

With just one waiter and one person in the kitchen you can't expect fast and good service, even though the both of them are doing their best. Between waiting for a table to be prepared, waiting for the order to be taken, waiting for the dishes to come out.we spent more than 2h there. And if only it was compensated by the food quality!

No, some of it (lentils cream-soup or mushroom noodles, for example) was just tasteless and I noticed EVERYONE who ordered those dishes had to ask for salt. Some plates (seitan with mustard sauce in particular) lacked imagination - you can easily prepare them at home just by heating up supermarket seitan and putting canned sauce on top of it, tadam. Half-potato that came with it was cold, why not. As for desserts, apricot crumble was nice, but kefir shake with fresh juice is just a horrible combination and everyone around leaved their glasses almost full.

To sum up, it's great to have vegan and vegetarian places outside of big cities, but it's not enough to take out the meat and call the place vegetarian, you still have to work on taste and combinations. Vegetarians can also distinguish good food from bad one.

Restaurante de comida vegana y vegetariana, con sabores extraordinarios, atención excelente.

Creía que no me podía gustar un restaurante vegetariano hasta que mis compañeros de curro me obligaron a ir al Amaranta. No le doy un 5 porque soy muy de carne, pero salí satisfecho. Si fuera vegetariano seguro que le daría 5 estrellas

Muy buen menú de fin de semana. Todo muy rico y te quedas más que lleno! Por poner una pega podría entrar alguna bebida (agua) en el menú o tener carta de vinos para acompañar la comida con uno de más calidad.

Solo una cosa supera la excelente calidad de sus platos: el trato atento y amable del servicio. Voy a volver!

Una molt bona opció pels que prefereixen menjar vegetarià. Us recomano escollir menú, ja que et quedes tip i la qualitat/preu és molt bona.

Com a vegetarià, em costa trobar llocs on tenir veritat per triar, bona relació qualitat-preu i bon tracte al client i sense cap mena de dubte, l'Amaranta compleix aquests tres requisits de sobres, molt recomanable.

No som vegans ni vegetarians, però el menjar de l'Amaranta és molt bo, t'atenen molt bé i són molt ràpids. A més, són molt curosos amb les al·lèrgies i intoleràncies i adapten qualsevol plat. Repetirem, sens dubte.

De lunes a viernes solo sirven menu. Por 14,90 euros un menú muy rico.
Volveria a ir sin duda.
