Avoid.
Cockroaches in appartement.
Tried to kick us out of our Airbnb apartment because we brought cats with us in a pets accepted listing.
Didn't provide a towel service as the listing stated. We claimed €100 from Airbnb because of this.
Tried to claim money from us based on lies.
Saying that we left the place dirty and full of cat hairs.
She is crazy. Abusive. Horrid. Vindictive.
Terrible and extremely stressful experience.
No compassion at all.
She treated me like this even after I'd told her I was grieving over my best friend's suicide.
I am so furious after she left a negative review on my Airbnb with lies and now this false claim for money! Horrible person!
