ApartHotel Costa Encantada, Girona

We're halfway into our stay here and I think it's worth making a couple of points. We go on holiday to enjoy ourselves and tend not to moan about trivialities and it has to be said the staff here are first class, all very friendly and helpful. The room and facilities are adequate and clean and having an underground car park is a massive plus as we hate getting in to a red hot car abroad!
Our only disappointment is with the meals (we went half board). We read several reviews from a good while ago pointing out limited selection for children and huge queues for the toaster at breakfast and would have thought the management reading such reviews would have addressed these issues. However each morning there is ONE broken toaster (that only toasts one side of the bread) to service hundreds of guests and by the time you've queued twice to put your toast through twice, your breakfast is cold. Thankfully there's a microwave oven available. And with 2 admittedly fussy children of 8 and 9 to feed after a day's walking and swimming, there's very little to offer for them. It would cost nothing to add a few pizzas nuggets or pasta to their menu but at least there are fast food outlets within walking distance.
All in all a nice hotel with great staff and facilities but let down a bit by management not acting upon reviews to improve the overall experience.

We are on day 5 of a7 night stay here and we are having a great stay, rooms are clean and comfy, we asked for a pool view on a upper floor and that's exactly what we got, breakfast here is great, plenty of choice, dinner however is a let down, fish, fish & more fish! Nothing really for kids, we were half board and couldn't believe there was nothing to drink at dinner unless we paid for it? Never came across this in all the years we have been half board, staff are mostly rude and unfriendly with a few exceptions (Gail on reception) pool area is great, clean with plenty of sunbeds, not much in the way of entrainment so we found ourselves going outmost nights, but all in all had a good time, and have had good value for money (still can't believe they charge for soft drink/water at dinner!

Très grand hôtel à touristes. Mais les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Les installations comme piscine intérieure, grande piscine extérieure, terrain de foot /handball et terrain de basket, salle de jeux pour les enfants avec animatrices, salle de spectacle et animations. Très grand hôtel. Pour ceux qui choisissent la demi pension, les repas sont sous forme de buffets très variés, le tout bien préparé malgré la quantité.
Enfin, très bon accueil. Le personnel est disponible malgré que nous sommes nombreux touristes.

We went as a family. A totalof 14 of us. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren. It is the best holiday spent in a long time. Everything from accomodation, food to entertainment was 1st class. There is something for everyone. All the staff are excellent just couldn't do enough for us.

Sitio muy cuidado y limpio. Familiar y tranquilo. Como pega, me parece una barbaridad lo que cobran por las bebidas del buffet 2,5 € por una botella de agua lo encuentro abusivo

Food fab, very clean and lovely staff. Could have more entertainment on terrace at night and bar could open longer. Also pool closing at 7pm is a bit early in July. Overall a great holiday and We hope to return

Don't mind the bad reviews, these people must be extremely picky, by far the best resort for families I've been to. Very clean and the pool excellent. Leaving tomorrow but will be back, food top notch and all inclusive is the way to go. Thanks Costa Encantada Aparthotel lloret del mar for a fabulous holiday.

In generale un posto accogliente e ben servito.
L'arredamento degli appartamenti è piuttosto vecchio, ma pulito.
Fiore all'occhiello la piscina, il servizio buffet ed il personale, sia alla reception che al servizio.
Ogni sera qualche attrazione per intrattenere i turisti.
Molto buono.

The hotel is suitable for families who look for easy going (classic vacation with swimming pools and all inclusive style).
Rooms- need some new decorations, shower and bathroom are very basic. Very disappointing that there’s no free WiFi in the rooms!
Dining room is too loud and acoustics is bad, food selection is not bad but the quality is really basic and has a lot to improve.
For us, as a family who travels a lot and can easily compare to other hotels, this is probably not a place to return to.
Overall, I would give it 3 stars but it will get only 2, since the level is very average and compared to the price we paid, the value is very low.

Hemos estado 8 días y el búfet es variado y saludable viajamos con un niño de 3 años y nos han hecho el puré de verduras todos los días para él, cosa que agradecemos enormemente ya que el niño come muy pocas cosas, el apartamento es muy cómodo y correcto el trato del personal es bueno asi como la limpieza y la piscina es lo mejor un sitio recomendable

Fantastic hotel for a family holiday. Extremely clean, tasty food, sufficient sun beds and seating even at peak times. Near the Fenals beach and Sant Clotilde gardens.

Good hotel about 20 min walk from the beach. Our room smelt of smoke when we arrived but my family didn't want to move rooms so we got rid of the smell with air fresheners. When the air con started to leak water we reported it and the hotel sorted it out immediately. The bar is ok and they have good entertainment for kids. The rooms are a little old (in our building) and I wasn't keen on the food really. I'm glad we weren't all inclusive here. That said the pool is great and not to deep at any point which is good for kids and there are lifeguards constantly on duty. Staff were helpful and friendly. A small shop on site for essentials and a supermarket close by (Caprabo down the road). Good hotel.

Nos gustó bastante. Buena atención, la comida no está mal y el área de piscina es genial. Los apartamentos muy completos. Un hotel ideal para familias. El gimnasio podría mejorarse.

Lovely holiday nice clean place to stay all staff helpful and friendly clean towels every day and room also cleaned thanks to all there jet 2 Ryan rep very helpful

Buenas instalaciones
Estuve para un congreso de baile y está bien, las habitaciones cuentan con camas cómodas y cocina.

Hay servicio buffet mañana, mediodía y noche.

La piscina es grande y está muy bien, zona para los más pequeños bien acondicionadas.
