Excelente apartamento de cinco dormitorios y cinco baños en una ubicación increíble justo en el centro de Barcelona, ​​a sólo dos cuadras de la increíble Casa Batlló.

Excelente departamento, nuevo, limpio y totalmente equipado.
Rápido y fácil check in. Siempre estuvieron en contacto conmigo ante cualquier consulta. Lo recomiendo 100%.

We went on a girls' trip in April 2023 and can recommend the Airbnb 100%. The Arbnb is very central but still calm/quiet. The apartment was clean, we were welcomed by a friendly and helpful lady on the day of our arrival. She was always available via whatsapp, everything was very incomplicated.

We spent two nights in this super luxurious apartment. Everything was perfect. Its location is excellent, most attractions are very close to it. We enjoyed the spacious spaces, the comfortable bed and the beautiful bathroom. Perfect accommodation for a holiday in Barcelona, ​​I can only recommend it to everyone.

I would highly recommend to stay in this amazing apartment as the nice view and nice location.

Cuando llegamos, el apartamento causó una muy buena impresión. Pero como suele ser el caso, las primeras impresiones pueden ser engañosas.

Ya en el momento de la entrega se notaron varias manchas en las paredes.
Cuando le pregunté a la señora al respecto, ella no respondió y sin inmutarse continuó la entrega con mi esposa.

Después de marcharse a toda prisa -eran vacaciones en Barcelona y probablemente quería volver rápidamente a su "tiempo libre"- se despertó sobria.

Como el apartamento estaba muy frío y no pudimos ajustar el aire acondicionado a primera vista, lo apagamos por ahora.

Qué error. Poco tiempo después, este apartamento empezó a tener un olor muy extraño. Como si las paredes estuvieran húmedas.
Resultó ser la alfombra que olía levemente a hongos.
Luego logramos llevar la alfombra al pasillo, donde no la quitaron, a pesar de que se lo señalamos al propietario.

La protección solar (Rolos) también olía desagradablemente a suavizantes y hongos.

Cuando entras en el apartamento, notas este olor de inmediato, a menos que se haya enfriado a 20°C.

Los muebles de cuero están un poco pegajosos y grasientos.
Algo blanco indefinible está pegado a un sillón.

Había toallas húmedas en la lavadora.

Las ventanas también tienen goteras y el ruido exterior penetra casi sin control.
Crees que estás durmiendo con la ventana abierta.
También se puede escuchar claramente a los clientes de los restaurantes y bares de al lado.

Al menos no tienes que poner una alarma, porque las motos te despertarán de forma fiable por la mañana. ;)

Luego continuó con muchas manchas (stock y moho) en los baños.
El cabezal de la ducha estaba roto y el soporte solo se armó provisionalmente.
Pero solo nos dimos cuenta de eso después de que los tenía en la cabeza.: (

Los pisos de madera están rayados, los baños no se limpian adecuadamente. No hay ningún lugar para colgar las toallas en el baño para que se sequen porque los ganchos de la puerta son demasiado pequeños y débiles y uno de los dos se rompió, ¡en ambos baños!

Tampoco había opciones para colgar en el dormitorio, por lo que probablemente lo que había allí estaba enyesado con bastante delicadeza, en lugar de volver a colocarlo.

Los datos de acceso a la WLAN tampoco coincidían con los datos enviados.
¡Luego tuvimos que determinar esto nosotros mismos, porque la respuesta solo llegó después de dos días!

Cuando informamos los defectos, solo podemos citar: "Ok notado, Wifi puede verificar la red y la contraseña debajo del enrutador que está en la mesa de vidrio al lado del televisor.saludos"

Nada de "oh, lo sentimos" o "lo siento" o "¿hay algo que podamos hacer por ti. "

Las ventanas necesitan ser ajustadas urgentemente, en invierno ciertamente no hace mucho calor aquí y en verano el aire acondicionado tiene que estar encendido todo el tiempo, de lo contrario las temperaturas son insoportables, y sin olvidar el nivel de ruido, especialmente por la noche.y en el fin de semana, no era muy agradable.

También podría trabajar en un apagón completo, pero eso también es cuestión de gustos.

¡No recomendado para familias con niños pequeños! Y si tienes que dormir porque tienes citas, pues supuestamente hay gente a la que no le importa. ;)

Por cierto, en la obra de construcción de al lado, a veces se trabajaba hasta las 23: 30 horas y se recogía el escombro.

El apartamento tiene potencial sin duda y está bien ubicado para las personas que quieren ir de compras y comer fuera.
El área también está bien cuidada.

Pero no vale la pena el dinero.

Nos hubiera gustado volver, pero lamentablemente no.
Viajamos mucho tanto de forma profesional como privada y, por lo tanto, nos gusta usar apartamentos, especialmente porque los niños son más agradables que un hotel, por lo que tenemos un buen valor comparativo.
El precio y el rendimiento no están bien aquí. Asimismo, se esfuerza mucho ANTES de la llegada, que termina abruptamente después de la entrega de llaves.

Teníamos el apartamento en Carrer Diputacio 247.

Very nice apartment clean. Perfect location within walking distance from most attractions. Check in was smooth. They had a nice gift basket. One of the bedrooms though was to small to accomedate two people.

We stayed in the apartment for over a month. The apartment was very good -spacious, light, well equipped- and in an excellent location. We found some issues on arrival (e.g. Broken slabs on a bed) but the management quickly responded to replace them. What I would highlight of my stay and experience with YouStylish was the friendliness, flexibility, and outstanding treatment received from the agency. We were customers with uncertain plans and very specific needs and could not find other options in Barcelona that would listen to our personal story, but YouStylish did. They are trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and professional.

We have a perfect time in Barcelona thanks to You Stylish! Everything was clean, the staff was incredible with us, always open to help us.

We will go again to stay with them, and we recommend you to have the best experience with them!

I chose Youstylish based on reviews posted on their official website even though they were more expensive than some other apartment rental agencies in Barcelona, I was completely wrong! For those who read reviews on tripadvisor which is a little more objective, then please go elsewhere and save yourself some agony! Our stay was during the exceptionally warm month of June/July where Europe and Spain in general were experiencing a heat wave. The apartment we stayed in (a 2 bedroom) has only 1 central AC control unit which regulates the temperature in the entire apartment. One bedroom was quite warm at night and the other was much cooler, and since there was no way of regulating or increasing/lowering the temperature in each room (and we understand it's central AC so there is no temp control unit in each room), we requested a table fan for the bedroom which was slightly warmer, maybe because it was much larger than the other bedroom. To our request which was sent via email to their concierge ID, we were only sent replies with lessons on what is central AC and how we need to use the 1 temperature control unit in the apartment! The concierge email which was provided for any requests was useless as well since after explaining why we need a fan they just asked us to get in touch with our check in agent? ! Even after explaining to the agent that we know what is central AC and why we requested a table fan, no attempt was made to provide one and just the same answer given there is central AC in the apartment so there is no control in the different rooms! A table fan costs probably 30 EUR, and we were paying around 400 EUR per night and had a difficult time sleeping on all 5 nights we were there, very poor service for something which could have easily been taken care of. Ok, so I would not write a terrible review if the only issue was the fan, although we would have slept better with one, but no big deal and could be ignored. The second day starting at 8 am there was loud drilling and hammering! I called the Youstylish number that was provided and was told to send an email! What's the point in having a number. The response was that they were not aware of any construction in the building. Ok, so people can just start drilling and hammering without given any notice to residents? Maybe in Spain they can! The drilling and hammering continued during our entire stay. Maybe they really did not know about the construction and so we could ignore this too. However, the last one was just not acceptable. We came back to the apartment at 6 pm and the door would not open! The lock was jammed. We tried and tried, no luck. The neighbor opened her door and said you are locked out? We said yes, and she tells us this is a common problem with this apartment and she has seen the cleaning ladies struggling with the lock as well! We had to call Youstylish and were told a lock smith will have to come to take care of the situation and it will take some time as they are a little busy. I had to wait in the lobby of the building for 2 hours for the lock smith to arrive while my family just went out without me for dinner as the kids were hungry and needed to use the restroom. Why was the lock not fixed when this was a known issue and the cleaning ladies should surely have informed the office about it if they were facing issues opening the door. The entire evening of a short stay just lost and no apology or attempt to contact us after to make sure everything was working fine with the lock. Just a nightmare of an experience and after staying is some amazing apartments in Vienna and Prague, our stay in Barcelona was something we would like to forget - thank you Youstylish! And since we left, not one note or email to apologize or follow-up, they got their money and that's all they care about. I don't know about others and all these good reviews, but I will never be staying at another Youstylish apartment ever again, even if they offer it to me for free!

Six of us chose an apartment to share during a trade show instead of hotel rooms and it was great! Our apartment was walking distance from the beach in a nice neighborhood that offered restaurants as well as a bank, cigarette shop, and grocery store that also carries wine, beer, and spirits. Apartment was very clean and attractive as well as roomy and well equipped. At the end of the stay, we realized that we had left one entire drawer full of clothes behind! The helpful staff retrieved the items and delivered them to the hotel that one couple stayed at after the others had flown home. Thank you Maeve! The only drawback was the crazy washing machine. Really need to post some directions in English because none of us ever did figure it out. Definitely recommend!
