Aqua Hotel Aquamarina & Spa, Barcelona

The level of the hotel has dropped markedly compared to previous years. Apparently, the number of personnel was reduced, which had a noticeable effect on everything. The food in the restaurant is tasteless and cold. The quality of cleaning in the rooms is poor. For two weeks, the balcony has never been cleaned. For services of this quality, the price is too high.

El hotel está genial, el personal muy amable, el spa tremendo por 8 euros dia completo el buffet variado y buena calidad, el único pero que le pongo es que no entra la bebida ni con pensión completa y al menos una botella de agua y de vino por cada 4 comensales podían poner, pero aparte de esto todo muy bien, sería uno de los hoteles donde repetiría sin duda.

El hotel esta genial yo tenia la suit y la atencion genial lo unico que el bufet de noche no habia mucha variedad en cambio el desayuno genial recomendable

Era la primera vez que íbamos con mi pareja y la verdad que nos gustó muchísimo lo recomiendo 100% VOLVEREMOS

It has become old and dirty. Disgustingly dirty. I don't mean to underappreciate the work of the cleaning people there, because they work really hard! It is not their fault that the old shower and the metal door frame are uncleanably rusty. The bed spreads have not been cleaned in what seems years and smell of all the thousands of bodies slept on them and store all the sand and dust fallen off those bodies. Disgusting! The spreads reek! But also the cleaning shifts differ. There were days when we found our pajamas on the floor after the "cleaning", there were days when there were obviously dirty towels hung in the bathroom as "new and clean". There were days when the room was neat and cleaned properly, as much as the daily cleaners could do it. I want to thank all the good, nice, hard-working people there! Not only the cleaners, also the security, the reception, the restaurant staff - lots of great people there! And I hope the few rude and lazy will change for the better, and the owners of the hotel will pay attention to what their property has become.

Now about the good things: the TV with a whole bunch of international channels worked, the tiny refrigerator worked, there was a safe for valuables in the room. The view from the balcony was smashing! The pool was ok and the beach was a 10 minutes' walk away. So was the train station with a direct train to Barcelona.

Nice hotel, nice and courteous staff who helped and recommended places to hike around. The rooms are not clean, the cleaners do not clean the rooms, they just arrange. There was a bad smell in the room that even after we asked to take care of it was not taken care of and overshadowed our stay at the hotel. In the dining room there is good food in a wide selection, no drinking water is allowed in the room and no food is allowed to be brought to the dining room, only to be bought from the dining room.

Ens ho vam passar genial! El meu fill encantat amb el club infantil. L'spa està prou bé. Les habitacions compleixen la seva funció. El menjar suficient tot i les cues que es formen de vegades en el menjador. Si podem, tornarem

Muy buen trato con el cliente, buena comida pero muy repetitiva y poca variedad, horario de comidas y cenas echas para turista extranjero. Y tema animación, poca variedad de musica, en una semana he escuchado las mismas canciones mil veces. Por lo demás todo genial, incluso puede que repita.

Hôtel très agréable. Confort et propreté au top.
Personnel serviable, souriant et aimable, mais quelques difficultés avec le français. L'anglais ou le néerlandais sont bien maîtrisés.
Infrastructure très chouette.
Gros bémol sur la nourriture! Heureuse de n'avoir pris que la demi-pension. Les boissons ne sont pas comprises. Il faut les payer après chaque repas.
Animation pour les enfants. Bémol sur les "soirées à thème".

De manière globale: très chouette hôtel, vacances bien agréable. Les cocktails sont excellents!
Mais éviter les olives ;)

Hotel molt maco, amb bons horaris d'apats. El dinar està força bé. Habitacions netes I maques.
El tracte al client és molt bo, però especialment en Miquel (del restaurant) I la Irene (mini club) son fantàstics!
És per aquest motiu que ja hem estat varies vegades I seguim venint. Felicitats!

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been on. I spent 4 days and I have never met a cleaning staff this nonchalant and mean. They refused to clean our room, but they didn’t have a problem going in to our room egen we ledt to shop. The question is how come? I got my necklace stolen and I highly suspect the cleaning staff.

We had to argue with them to get our room cleaned and after that they whispered something to each other everytime we walked by them.

How this hotel have 4 stars is really confusing to me. They don’t deserve them.

Ya he estado dos veces en este hotel, y no descarto en absoluto volver una tercera. De los mejores hoteles en Santa Susanna. Habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas. Una animación de 10, con personal muy divertido y simpático. Las actividades también es de lo mejor que hay. La comida deliciosa y no hay problemas si eres celíaco como es mi caso.

What to expect in a 4 star hotel is: cleanliness, efficiency, friendly staff, good quality food, good amenities, quality rooms.
Everything Aqua hotel has is high expectations, what more could we ask?
I have left a four star because no kettle on site.

El hotel bien, para mi le falta aire acondicionado en recepcion, bar y salas de estar, personal muy muy amable, instalaciones buenas, comida aceptable.lo que un hotel de cuatro estrellas jamas se puede permitir, es que el cuarto de aseo de la habitacion es tener las paredes manchadas, el wc manchado, el marco de la puerta oxidado y en la bañera un pelo ajeno, y esto en la rebision solo llegar.tengo fotos guardadas que lo demuestran.jordi nadal
