I had booked a bed, but when I arrived their net was down. After a trip full of complications, that was bad news indeed. Especially because the young man wasn't very friendly. He told me about another hostel nearby though, and my payment was returned correctly.

Pas d'eau chaude même à 8h30 du matin. Accueil pas franchement sympathique! Mais sinon bien situe; a peu près correct pour l'hygiène et pas de bordel dans la nuit.

We arrived late (midnight) after a long day trip, and we had to accept an extra cost of 10 euros for this late check-in. Sounds weird to me but fair enough. However, we spent a moment looking for our room, tired, because of a wrong (generic) explanation.
After claiming our money back for this inconvenience, the guy from the hostel supposed we were maybe not clever enough and found there was more important in this world than loosing 10min looking for a room. I agree, but then I think that going downstairs to leave a key in a mail box and send an automatic message with wrong informations does not require extra charge and should be part of the basic service.
At the end, we paid nearly 50euros for a very basic room in an hostel with no one at arrival. Next time I will book an Airbnb in a nice apartment for this price.

Une étoile pour l'emplacement
- accueil glacial
- les lits bougent, grincent et certaines lattes sont cassées
- une seul fourchette et seulement 2 verres a dispo dans la cuisine (produits d'ex locataire moisis, frigo h.s)
- ambiance vraiment glauque

Todo normal, como en la mayoría de establecimientos de este tipo.
Pero con el inconveniente de que las literas no tienen independencia de ningún tipo.

El lugar no es ni parecido a las fotos que se publican, muy sucio y muy mal servicio de internet. No volvería.

Muy mal servicio, llegue al lugar y me dijeron que mi habitación estaba mal que yo había escogido una femenil pero que no había problema que si había otra habitación disponible a la fuel moverme y me cambiaron a una mixta, esta bien le dije yo no me di cuenta de eso pero no tengo ningún problema pero me cobro 21€ mas por ese cambio cuando no ofrecía nada extra solo por moverme de habitación que tenía las mismas camas que eran 6 y ningún extra eso me pareció muy ventajoso de su parte le pregunté qué por qué me cobraba más si no me ofrecía nadamas y no me supo contestar y el chico de la recepción que está durante medio día muy pesado con muy mala actitud gente como el no tendrían por qué tenerlo trabajando ahí total que si no le gusta su trabajo se busque otro, si trabajo es servicio al cliente y de servicio no tiene nada, eso si el chavo de recepción de la noche muy servicial y de muy buena actitud nada que ver con el otro del día

Not very good for the price - I've stayed in much nicer, cheaper hostels. I was overcharged when I got there in comparison to the price I agreed to with hostel world. The member of staff also confused me with someone else but was adamant they I was wrong, he was right, and that I'd booked for four nights (actually I booked one). Bed was uncomfortable with the thinnest pillow I've ever seen. Shower room layout is awful as when the door is opened, you can see right in to anyone getting changed or getting out of the shower. Hardly any sinks for washing, brushing teeth etc, in comparison to the number of rooms.

Muy seguro y muy limpio. Las duchas son una pasada, y la localización no puede ser mejor. Además, los recepcionistas son muy simpáticos. Eso sí, es un primero sin ascensor, por lo que no recomiendo llevar maleta grande. Una maleta de mano y una mochila caben en la taquilla.

Very safe and clean. The showers are amazing and the location couldn't be better. Besides, the personnel are really nice. However, it is a second floor with no elevator, so I would recommend not to bring a big suitcase. A piece of hand luggage and a backpack fit in the locker.
