Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites, Barcelona

El departamento está en una ubicación excelente para tener todo a mano. Esta muy bien equipado y con una muy linda decoración. Estuvimos muy a gusto y súper cómodos! Sin duda volveríamos!

¡Este apartamento es maravilloso! La ubicación es excelente (a unos 7 minutos a pie de la Plaça de Catalunya), cerca de La Rambla, el metro y el distrito comercial. Hay muchos restaurantes excelentes a poca distancia a pie. El personal es receptivo y muy amable. En general, una experiencia excelente, ¡lo recomendaría encarecidamente!

No recomiendo este lugar: cancelaron mi reserva la mañana de mi llegada y me pidieron que me mudara a un lugar diferente. Hicieron poco para compensar el cambio.

Tenga en cuenta que algunas de las reseñas aquí son recientes, la mayoría de ellas son de hace un tiempo.

Editar: el complejo de apartamentos respondió diciendo que me había alojado en su hotel sin ningún problema. Eso no es cierto, esta reseña refleja una experiencia de hace un tiempo: tuve que encontrar un airbnb durante mi viaje en tren desde Madrid. También dijeron que intentaron contactarme sobre esta revisión: acabo de revisar mi correo electrónico y no hay nada de ellos.
Mantengo mi revisión anterior: el comprador, tenga cuidado, amigos.

Estupendo apartamento en una ubicación muy céntrica. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. No podría haber pedido más

¡La ubicación de este apartamento de lujo me sorprendió, en el buen sentido! El apartamento es hermoso y definitivamente vale la pena el precio. Nos alojamos en las elegantes suites que venían con una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora y un patio privado al aire libre. Al llegar, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y acogedor. Todo (comida, mercados, tiendas, hoteles, azoteas, etc.) estaba prácticamente a poca distancia a pie y estás en el corazón de la ciudad más cara de Barcelona. Si vienes aquí de vacaciones, luna de miel o viaje de chicas, ¡definitivamente recomendaría quedarte aquí!

Excelente ubicación, rodeado de buena gastronomía y locales de marca. Una de las zonas más lindas de Barcelona.
El apartamento super cómodo para 4 ó 5 personas. Muy equipado.

Muy buen apartamento. Perfecta ubicación. Amplio. Cómodo. Un balcón divino (2 balcones). Muy lindo. Y muy buen servicio. Nos encanto.

Según el apartamento decís que no pudisteis identificar qué balcón lanzó el líquido y es mentira. Tengo fotografías del edificio y del balcón exacto desde el cual lanzaron esos líquidos. Me parece genial que queráis mantener la imagen de vuestra empresa. Pero no mintáis porque tengo pruebas con las que poder demostrar qué edificio, a qué hora y en qué momento. Además, hay testigos que también lo pueden corroborar. Ya está notificado en la Guardia Urbana. Espero que se controle mejor a vuestros inquilinos.

Big, New and clean. Perfect location. The only Thing i would wish for is kid safety locks on the Windows and balcony Doors. But All in all. A great place

Un HORROR:
Llegamos el viernes a la noche y tras hacer el autocheckin, no está bien indicado el piso en el que está el apartamento (1a llamada). Éramos 5 personas y nos encontramos sábanas y toallas para 4, por lo que volvemos a llamar. La persona que nos atiende nos dice que nos va a cobrar el desplazamiento o como alternativa, nos lo soluciona al día siguiente. Tras insistir mucho, finalmente viene en una hora.
Al hacer la cama, nos encontramos una CUCARACHA en el apartamento y MUCHOS EXCREMENTOS DE CUCARACHA en uno de lo sofás.

Además de todo esto, tanto en el edificio como en el apartamento olía FATAL a desagüe.

No lo recomendamos ni volveremos, vergonzoso!

Appartements de très bon standing, joliment décoré, matériaux hauts de gamme et très bien placé entre place Catalunya et Passeig de Gracia donc quartier Gothique accessible en moins de 10 min.
Seul bémol l'arrivée au logement bien compliquée. Les appart sont à des angles de rue, rues qui sont en pans coupés. Un code vous est donné pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble et la porte palière derrière laquelle se trouve un coffre ouvert par un autre code dans lequel se trouve 2 carte clés permettant d'ouvrir l'appartement qui se trouve ailleurs.

En una semana de estar ahi la lavadora nunca funciono la reporte tres veces y lo que me dicen que no tiene la pieza para repararla, ese no es problema del cliente como cliente necesitas que todo funciones.

Our first experience with booking private accommodation was in Rome. The flat did not reach Australian standards: Poor shower and toilet area. Very small semi-circular shower stall with towels of cotton not towelling. The stench from the toilet, bidet was unacceptable.
The kitchen did not have a standard toaster, a flimsy pink item.
No telephone number to ring when reaching the flat. It was only after time and agitation that the Commissionaire recalled an absent owner his personal knowledge enabled him to contact a relative who came with a key. Beware of taxi drivers. He charged us Two hundred Euros, an illegal act, to drive us from airport to flat. Fifty dollars was the legitimate range.
The flat itself had no direct outlook to the street, only a light-well provided some natural lighting but on a lower floor that was negligent.

The Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites provided an example of what one should expect:
Immediate access to the Manager of the Suite who provided keys and all information concerning the occupation.
The flat was large, clean and with a small balcony looking down to the street. Linen was satisfactory and towels were of a standard acceptable to Australians. The rooms were serviced on a daily basis if required.
The kitchen was more than adequate with toaster meeting Australian standards. The kitchen was to international standards as was the bathroom; modern and clean though compact. The walk in shower was welcomed for size.
I can recommend the Aspasios suites without hesitation.

The ad for this place doesn't do it justice. The apt was very clean when we arrived. Each person received 1 towel (large). The bed super comfy we slept so well. The bathroom was great and seemed very new. We had espresso each morning and each room had it's own balcony which overlooked the street. The staff was very nice they even offered that we could leave luggage before and after a check out. Oh and there's an elevator! I'm from California and I would say this is maybe considered downtown because of all the restaurants and stores? I considered this a very safe area with lots of activity. I went with my daughter who is 25 so safety was an important factor to me. You are 30 min walking to the water (sea) or 9 min by car. There is also the hop on hop off bus which will take you through the city. One of the stops is down the street. Also, I hate to say it there's a Starbucks across the street and a yummy bakery. Enjoy and get the Tapas (means small plates) - we did this every night and afternoon. If you don't know the city I highly suggest this Airbnb because you could end up somewhere not so nice. Also, an Uber can get you to the airport in 20 min.

The room was clean and nice, and the staff was very helpful.stayed there with 4 people for 3 days and had everything we needed.location is amazing, so close to the rambla.however, we did get woken up every single night by other loud guests that stayed up till 4: 30 in the morning, sitting at the open terrace pretty close to several apartment windows.this definitely got kind of annoying and tiring after happening for the third night in a row.a little less sleep couldn’t make barcelona less fun for us tho.just make sure your room isn’t right next to the terrace ;)

2nd time my wife and I stayed in Barcelona, brought my mother with us this time for her first trip and picked this hotel last minute. We were absolutely pleasantly surprised. We were unsure when we first entered but after seeing the rooms and meeting the staff we were very happy. Location was perfect, apartment was great with separate rooms, clean, balcony overlooking the street, updated bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. Christina was excellent, very helpful when we showed up extra early, showed us where the best spots to eat that weren't too touristy or expensive for the quality. Got us in to a room early showed us the apartment we really couldn't have asked for better service.
Would highly recommend this location, and will be back on our next trip.
