I was recommended AVALANDING by a family friend to help me buy my first property in Barcelona. As this was my first purchase I was naturally quite nervous, especially as most dealings and documents would be and were conducted in Spanish. Very professional staff, excellent attention to customers. They work rather quickly, explained all processes in a very detailed fashion. We did a resident visa request first which worked very well. Afterwards we did a renewal of the same visa with Avalanding as well. Very well recommended.
