Ayurveda Spain Doctor Dinu Raj, Girona

Mi marido y yo estuvimos alojados en el Ayurveda Resort de Sant Feliu de Guixols.
Desde el primer momento que nos visitó el Dr. Raj supimos que era un buen profesional.
Durante todo el tiempo que duró nuestra estancia tuvimos diariamente contacto con él, tomaba su tiempo para tener una pequeña charla personal sobre el seguimiento de las terapias y como nos sentíamos.
Además nos dio muchas herramientas para poder seguir con una estilo de vida saludable para la mente, el cuerpo y el espíritu después de salir del Resort. Sus clases de yoga muy temprano por la mañana eran un bálsamo para todo el día.

Me and my sister spend 2 weeks under the supervision of Dr. Jaj doing a Ayurveda health resort at Port Salvi, Spain.

Escucha atentamente al paciente, observa y pregunta en detalle antes de hacer un primer diagnóstico y se mantiene en permanente contacto para ajustar el tratamiento y evolución del paciente y conseguir los resultados, atendiendo a todas las dudas y con total disponibilitad. Absolutamente recomendable para beneficiarse realmente de la medicina ayurvédica.

I had a 2 week Ayurveda treatment with Dr Raj and now feeling completely transformed. Dr. Raj’s deep expertise in Ayurveda, his attentive style and holistic approach are very effective. The tailored treatments and advice I received have really helped me during this treatment and are something I can take back and integrate into my daily life for a more lasting effect.

I took a week of panchakarma and Dr Raj supervised my treatment. The week was transformational for me and I’m so grateful to Dr Raj and his team. It’s such a relief to feel that I am getting my health back. Thank you!

Doctor Dinu Raj is not only an excellent professional, obviously qualified in ayurveda, he is also a lovely and caring person. You can see he truly cares for his patients. Also specialising in menopause, he took extra time to give me special advice out of the normal time allocated. I highly recommend Dr Raj and the ayurvedic cure in Port Salvi!

I went on a Panchakarma retreat with Dr Raj. It was outstanding. I was in Spain for 21 days. Dr. Raj and his team did a great job with a lot of dedication and passion. My expectations were exceeded and I went home fit and healthy. My values are perfect again after the cure. I am already looking forward to a repeat and continuation. Je rentre de 10 jours de cure à Port Salvi.j’ai auparavant suivi des cures de plusieurs semaines en Inde. Ici les traitements sont très bons (tous les praticiens ont été formés par les médecins indiens). Les cours de yoga excellents et très complémentaires. La nourriture est très bonne, très saine. Le docteur Raj est de bon conseil, à l’écoute, et très gentil. Le personnel aux petits soins. Quant à l’environnement, il est juste sublime. Inutile de dire que je vais revenir chaque année!
