Bailén - Apartments, Barcelona

El apartamento estaba limpio y muy bien ubicado. El equipo también fue muy receptivo para ayudarnos con los procedimientos y para cualquier pregunta, ¡gracias!

Gran apartamento con excelente ubicación! Realmente un bonito apartamento con un factor de sentirse bien.:)

Excelente apartamento, muito bem localizado, muito bem equipado com tudo o que se precisa. Amplo, arejado, novinho. Tudo muito bom. O porém é que custa bem caro.

We visited Barcelona during the end of July. On the 26th of July in the evening we had a flooding of the appartment above us. The service from the accommodation was poor. We could nog get an alternative appartment. We couldn't even get clean towels. Our evening was spoiled. Afterwards we didn't get any compensation. No client friendly organisation!

We booked it as Stay Bailén, which had good reviews, but sadly it needs a lot of maintenance. The rooms are dirty, dishes are not cleaned properly and the sheets stink, like old vomit. The shower is full of fungus. And the toilets were not cleaned before our arrival. Even the lift had blood stains. This is all really sad, because the location and the size of the Appartment are fine, there is a lack of love for decoration but I could deal with that. The state of dirtiness is unacceptable.

Lovely apartment for either short or long stay. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms are the BEST if you're traveling with your friends for privacy reasons)

Fue una desilusión. El estado del departamento era lamentable. No funcionó el portero eléctrico. El termotanque estaba pinchado e ibas al baño y te goteaba en la cabeza.una t.elevisión no estaba conectada. Al principio nos dieron una llave para 6 personas. Ests bien ubicado y es amplio Estuvimos 5 dias y no pudieron o quisieron arreglar las cosas

Eva&Jacques! Questo appartamento non é attrezzato per famiglie! Non incontrerai mai Eva & Jacques a avrai a che fare con una agenzia, che non ti accoglierà nell'appartamento e non ti spiegherà come funzionano gli elettrodomestici, la pattumiera etc, c'é un fortissimo odore che proviene dall'esterno e rende impossibile utilizzare un bagno, il tavolo in cucina non é sufficiente per 9 persone, non ci sono 9 sedie. Il divano letto é troppo basse, scarso e con lenzuola corte. Cuscini scomodi e mancano coperte. L'appartamento non é nemmeno pulitissimo. Unico lato positivo, la locazione, é possibile raggiungere qualsiasi punto con facilità ed é servito dalla metropolitana. Sconsiglio a famiglie.

I rent a 2bdrm apartment there during my holiday. One star for the location, one star for the quietness, one star for the new decor. But i won't go back to the apartment. First, You have to pick up key in an office far from the apartment, where it's hard to park, you can't have a taxi wait for you there either. Second, they claim to have parking but it's - 6 floor and extremely tight space, each floor park 4 car and you go down each level through 90 degree angles. I'm very experienced driver I managed but during my stay no other guests managed to park there. The parking can fit a BMW 1 series, BMW 3 is difficult, BMW 5 is quite impossible. The information wasn't available at booking. Third it's a cheap rental feel, lacking of things for a normal living. Ok for one night or two but not for longer stay. They don't do justice to the beautiful pictures and 200 Euro a night.
