These guys are beyond everything, and I could not recommend them more as wedding planners. I got married in May 2023 in Barcelona and they rose to every single challenge calmly and kindly. They went far beyond what we expected to make sure everything was perfect for us, despite some unexpected weather they handled everything with finesse. Estos chicos están más allá de todo y no podría recomendarlos más como organizadores de bodas. Me casé en mayo de 2023 en Barcelona y afrontaron cada desafío con calma y amabilidad. Fueron mucho más allá de lo que esperábamos para asegurarse de que todo fuera perfecto para nosotros, a pesar de algunas condiciones climáticas inesperadas, manejaron todo con delicadeza. With the year ending, my husband and I have taken some time recently to reminisce about our entire wedding-planning experience. Covid presented a list of challenges that made things difficult at times, but the one constant that we could depend on was Rebecca at Barcelona Brides. The ups and downs of planning during a pandemic can be stressful, but every question or concern we had was optimistically answered by Rebecca in a way that made us believe that our big day would in fact happen.

Finally, after two years of planning and a discouraging rescheduling due to Covid, our dreams of a wedding in Barcelona came true. The moment we arrived to the venue it was evident that Rebecca’s hard work really paid off! Every single request we made and each tiny detail was adhered to for our big day. We had the time of our lives with our friends and family, yet without Rebecca and Barcelona Brides, we’re unsure any of it would have happened the way we envisioned.

Ya conocíamos el trabajo de Barcelonabrides por redes sociales, pero este año tuvimos la oportunidad de poder trabajar con ellas en una boda en Barcelona. Estuvimos 3 días trabajando con su equipo para una pareja que venían desde Canadá. Salió todo perfecto, estuvieron super atentas tanto a la pareja y sus invitados como a nosotros para que no nos faltase de nada. Un 10, totalmente recomendable. Rebecca, Claudia and Maily are the dream team you need for your wedding in Barcelona. We had to reschedule twice due to Covid so we technically had to plan three weddings and we couldn’t have done it without them. The day itself went so smoothly I couldn’t have asked for a better team to organise it all!

I get married the 21/07/22 with Barcelona Bride as wedding planner. I can only recommend them at 200%. As from the beginning, I felt so relax and good with Rebecca. Everything was just perfect and they solved all small issues you could face on D-Day which made me having the best day of my life!

There will never be enough words to properly express how grateful we are for Barcelona Brides as they were able to bring our dream wedding to life! Being from the States and reaching out to an Instagram account to help start planning a wedding in another country in the midst of COVID was pretty risky, however, as soon as we met Rebecca and Maily, we knew we were in excellent hands. From the countless video calls (many of which I was unable to attend, so my parents very kindly subbed in) and constant emails back and forth with all of us as we neared our big day, they were able to take everything in stride; always with a smile and laughs too! Our frequent questions regarding COVID restrictions, last minute requests, and special details were always welcomed without any hesitancy. I truly don’t know how they had answers to everything, but they always did or would find them out within 24 hours. Rebecca and Maily saw our vision so clearly and made it even better than I could have imagined, while keeping our budget in mind! They had premiere recommendations for all types of vendors, and we were not disappointed with any of their suggestions. Not only did they seamlessly have to change the plan of our venue lay out days before the wedding due to weather, but were able to make it even dreamier than intended. Special shout out to Monchos catering and Phlox florals as well! On top of it all, they also helped organize our welcome event, rehearsal dinner with flamenco and paella, and the farewell brunch. I could rave about them endlessly and would never suggest anyone else if you are looking to hire wedding planners in the Barcelona area. Barcelona Brides helped us to have the most magical wedding day at La Baronia. We we’re supported from the very start and guided through until the end, it made planning a wedding a simple/stress free experience. Becky and Claudia had a solution to all of my strange requests and helped us to make decisions that worked best for us. Countless emails/zooms and messages before the wedding meant that we could relax as we approached the big day and then when the big day arrived, Claudia took care of everything, even with last minute changes. We recently had the wedding of our dreams at La Baronia and we couldn't have done without Rebecca, Claudia and the team. We met Rebecca in 2020 when we flew out to Barcelona to review the venues she had helped us to shortlist. Barcelona Brides offered fantastic service from start to finish which culminated in a perfect wedding day! Not only are they great wedding planners but they are also lovely people and we highly recommend them!

We used Becky and her team to co-ordinate our wedding in Castelltercol just outside of Barcelona and it was hands down the best decision we could have made. With everything that the pandemic threw our way including one date change, one venue change and a number of changes in caterer Barcelona Brides were completely professional and creative in finding other vendors and putting our minds at ease. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect in every way and so can’t thank Becky, Maily and Claudia enough.

Rebecca and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. I originally schedulded our wedding during COVID and we had to push it back a year to May 2022. She was so gracious through the whole process and I really felt like she listened to everything I wanted to make happen for the wedding. Planning from the states I thought would be so challenging but she was there with plenty of vetted and amazing vendor and location options along the way. I am SO happy with every vendor we went with for the day and how everything turned out!

All of our guests are still talking about what a fairytale the day and weekend was. Thanks to Rebecca, Mailey and Claudia for making the most magical day happen.

I don't think I've ever posted a review across any platform, but feel compelled to support Becky and Barcelona Brides. When we first decided to plan a wedding from the states, we began our journey of interviewing multiple wedding planners, but we couldn't help but gravitate to Becky after connecting with her personally and laughing together from the start. As we planned, the communication was excellent, the guidance was always appreciated, and she went above and beyond so many times that we would have paid 2 to 3 times more than we did. As an example, our DJ cancelled weeks before our wedding, and she was able to provide us multiple options within 24 hours and we ended up hiring a DJ that was even better than the original! The wedding went without a hitch, the setup was beautiful, and Becky made our day incredibly special. Post wedding, we even had dinner with her to just chat and reminisce on the day. We continue to be friends today due to the strong bond we created in the planning process and can't wait to visit her and the babies! Thank you Becky!

I had pleasure to work with Rebecca during beautiful jewish wedding in La Baronia. I was photographer on my first wedding in Spain. Rebecca is very likeable and professional person. She is organised, but also ready to work effectively under pressure - like during unexpected storms just before the outdoor ceremony ;-). I received much assistance from her before my trip to Barcelona and had great time working together. The wedding was stunning!
