They burnt my afro hair with keratina to straight it, at this moment I didn't know the damage keratina could do to my curls. I came back to ask for help and this was the answer: "let's do a permanent on the broken hair to give your curls back. " I left in shock. How can it be?
Anyway I will never let anyone from this salon touch my hair again, they even made many bad comments from the hairdressers regarding my afro while they where taking care of it.

Did my braids for the first time, I was really pleased with the result.meticulously nice and service! Even worked overtime to make them as perfect as possible.will return one hundred percent, really recommend Belle Dame!

I had a great experience here yesterday! I had a terrible experience having my hair braided somewhere else and I came here to get it taken out and relaxed. They did a great job, took their time and it wasn’t too expensive. I will be back again.

M'agrada molt perquè ho fan molt bé.

Cal saber òn vas, és tot. Si et vols fer trenes africanes -clàssiques o originals- ben treballades i que 'aguantin dos mesos, és el lloc ideal.
Si quan vas a la perruqueria, esperes que et facin la pilota, que t'oferegin un café, que et diguin el que vols sentir, passa de llarc.

A vegades l'ambient és rialler i eufòric; d'altres, tempestuós.depèn dels ànims.
Anclat al barri i a la realitat, no et faran peripé ni comèdia però si téns un mínim d'empatia, sabràs aprofitar el valuós viatge.

Sempre en surtiràs molt ben pentinat.

I went to this hairdresser based on the excellent reviews of this page. The reviews didn't seem to match my experience. The woman came to my morning appointment 40 mins late, when she saw my 4C hair she seemed to have an attitude. My hair was washed by another hairdresser who was nice and cared about the service. However, when i was passed to the woman who seemed to own the shop she cut my hair okay and left me. With 4C hair you have to pat it into shape and she left me with my hair sticking up in differrnt places, it looked like a joke, i began to cry becauae i trusted her to make me feel and look good, but i looked in the mirror and felt bad. The woman gave me a lot of attitude about my hair, instead of comforting me she got defensive and was very rude. She gave me the comb and told me to do my hair myself. Thank god there was another hairdresser who saw how upset i was and came to the rescue to pat my afro down and style it a bit. I wasn't asking for much, a hairdresser is supposed to cut your hair with love.
