Que decir de Bibian Blue! Increíbles obras de arte convertidas en vestidos o viceversa. He tenido la suerte de asistir a dos bodas en las cuales las novias vestían Bibian y sencillamente espectaculares. Servicio exquisito y eficaz al acompañar y una de ellas a la tienda en Barcelona. 100% recomendable y visita obligada en BCN. Se disfruta viéndolos.

Todo fue obra de la casualidad, ¡y qué divina casualidad! Ya tenía vestido para mi boda, pero esto que de repente en RRSS aparece un anuncio y.amor a primera vista. Veo esos vestidos de mariposa que son obras de arte, y no me lo pensé. Escribí a Bibian con el corazón en un puño porque era mayo y no sabía si daría tiempo para que confeccionaran el vestido. Su respuesta positiva me hizo que el corazón latiera a más, la ilusión sobrepasó mis límites. Bibian y su equipo fueron muy atentos, durante el proceso y cuando fui a visitarles in situ a su tienda en Barcelona. Allí estaba, a medio acabar (faltaban retoques), pero ya lucía espléndido. Y en la propia boda, no os quiero contar ¡fue toda una sorpresa para los invitados! No se esperaban que para el baile apareciera transformada pos crisálida. De verdad, si hubiera un museo que recogiera el arte más actual, los vestidos de Bibian.deberían estar en esas vitrinas porque son verdaderas obras de arte. Gracias mil, porque nunca me he sentido tan en un cuento de hadas. Gracias por engalanar y ser ese broche de oro para una ocasión tan especial.

Bibian y todo su equipo son unas personas excepcionales que, en todo momento, desde el primer contacto, han sabido captar a la perfección mi idea inicial para mi vestido de boda a medida. Buscaba algo diferente y especial para mi boda, Bibian cita tras cita fue diseñando un vestido compuesto de un corpiño fantástico y una falda maravillosa y cómoda. El resultado fue ESPECTACULAR! Mil gracias por el regalo Bibian y equipo.

El mejor vestido que he usado nunca lo obtuve de este diseñador. Estoy muy emocionado por tener la oportunidad de mostrarlo. La propietaria conoce maravillosamente su oficio, es muy servicial y se toma muy en serio la satisfacción del cliente.

Hacía años que soñaba con un vestido de novia hecho por Bibian. Fui a verla y sin tener ni idea de lo que realmente quería, le expliqué mas o menos lo que quería y en un plis ya sabia lo que me quedaría mejor. Sólo probándome uno de sus modelos acertó con el diseño que buscaba.
Al final acabó haciéndonos los trajes a mi marido y a mi.
Salí encantada con mi vestido.
Os la recomiendo al 100%. Super profesionales tanto ella como Xavi.

Buscaba un vestido de boda diferente, único y que me lo hicieran según mi gusto. Bibian me escucho y asesoro en todo momento. Quedamos varias en ocasiones para diseñar y escoger la tela. El resultado fue excepcional, supero todas mis expectativas. Todo el mundo me dijo que no había visto un vestido tan bonito. El corset era espectacular. Muy profesional y un trato muy cercano. Muchas gracias.

Se dedica a pedir gente de prácticas para ahorrarse sueldos, dejando varias personas de prácticas a cargo de un empleado que no da a basto y encima trata mal.
Para nada recomendable para hacer las prácticas, todo el mundo que ha salido de allí estaba disconforme porque se sentían explotados y sin haber aprendido nada.
Sinceramente es una vergüenza.

After discovering their beautiful masks I had to order some. Living during a pandemic really changes one's shopping habits. Sadly the first delivery got lost on its way to me. But the staff was very helpful and kind to offer a solution even though they work with limited capacities these days.

I received my order two days ago and I couldn't be happier. The masks are beautifully made and comfortable to wear which is important for me cause I easily get panic attacks when my mouth and nose are covered. They really stand out and whenever I wear them I get compliments and people want to know where they're from. While museums are closed here, it's nice to carry a wearable piece of art.

It would be terrific if you could add masks with the pre-raphaelite paintings "The Soul Of The Rose" and "The Lady Of Shalott" to the collection.

I received an email this past week asking if I would remove my review if I was finally given a refund for the unwearable dress I received late missing the event I had ordered it for where the grommets are sewn shut so you can't even lace the back. It took over a year for her to finally offer a refund. When I said I would consider it she then changed her mind and said she would not give me a refund and would only give me a store credit for something of a quarter of the value after I return the terrible dress and ship it with my own money. When I said that is not what she offered she started emailing me horrible insults to my facebook and my email daily. This has been going on for the past week. I finally had to tell her I would go to the authorities for harassment. Never in my life have I had such terrible customer service that has now turned into badgering and harassment because of my honest review where she is refusing to fix the dress or refund my money. I will never shop or promote the work of this store ever again.

El trato fue buenisimo, me acompañó a elegir la tela, totalmente personalizado y por tanto único se ajustó exactamente a lo que le pedí. Muy contenta con mi traje de novia

Ordered a dress for the Emmy awards. It was delivered too late and I did not get it in time. I had to find a new dress and cancel events. The dress when it arrived was too small. The eyelets were partly done wrong so it could not be laced up properly. The sewing was done poorly and was not evenly spaced. There was a 3 inch gap at the back where the dress didnt meet and I had lost 5 lbs since I sent the measurements. When I asked to have money refunded I was offered a voucher to purchase more clothing but the clothing is so expensive I would have to add money to it. I was told if I wanted to return it I would have to wait until it sold to get my money back. It did not come with the fascinator. I tried to be a good sport and suggested she send me the fabric to replace the back where the eyelets were done incorrectly and need to be redone and the fabric to make the dress meet at the back and refund me my portion of the shipping and send the missing fascinator then I will keep the dress and do all the repairs as it is currently unwearable. I sent photos! And she will not refund my shipping and makes no amends for sending me a dress that missed my event and is not the right size. The courier confirmed the delivery date on the shipment was put down as the day after I needed it to arrive. This cost me over $1000. Absolutely appalling!
