We had had contact by phone, and then reserved the boat.on arrival it was too foggy and whether we wanted to wait an hour to an hour and a half.we did that.finally it was already around 12 o'clock and then it was possible to sail.upon arrival at the boat, it was not possible. Unfortunately.so when we rented the boat for the next day, we would have had our money back, but he would contact us for the next day, if the sailing could continue.we didn't have to pay a deposit. He hadn't said anything about that, because we had already left all the details behind. In the evening we got a call that they had rented the boat to someone else.when we were talking about a deposit payment, that from their side nothing is said about it.very unfortunate this!
