Lugar muy bonito, cuando llegamos no había mucha gente y estuvimos esperando por ser atendidos más de 10 minutos, luego de varios intentos de llamar a la camarera (una señora de cabello rubio) nos contestó de forma muy grosera que ya venía a atendernos y allí nos fuimos. Trabajo en el sector de la restauración y me parece inaceptable esa clase de actitud con los clientes. Muy vergonzoso. Mejor no perder el tiempo allí.

The best restaurant we’ve been to in Barcelona - and that’s saying something! Service and food was excellent. Didn’t do too much damage on the wallet. Will definitely visit again!

The staff was really nice and helpful and the food was really good. Especiallly the Paella, it was superb! A really great value for the price, hard to beat that!

Ottimo servizio, locale tipico molto accogliente, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, con la mia famiglia in totale 5 di noi di cui 2 adulti e 3 ragazzi abbiamo mangiato un ottima paella sia mista che di mare diversi tapas buonissimi, sangria acqua coca cola al prezzo di 82 euro con un servizio ai tavoli gentile ed accogliente lo consiglio a tutti quelli che si trovano a passare dalla bella città di Barcellona è una validissima alternativa alla nostra grande cucina italiana.

Servizio rapido ed efficiente, tapas, paella e sangria ottime ad un prezzo ottimo. Consigliabilissimo.

Great seafood pallela! Friendly staff. Everything about the food was awesome! The only issue was the toilet that wasn't suiting this perfect experience. Definitely will get back to here if coming to Barcelona.

Discriminatory/racist staff members = Rude non-service. Avoid this pseudo bodega at all costs if you don't look Catalan or Spanish or simply just white. They refused to allow us to sit at an empty table using the same poor excuse about needing reservations. However, it's a lie as others who are either local or just do not look like us (i.e. Not white) came and sat at the very same empty table that we were yelled at to vacate! Very stupid attitude to have in a service industry especially one that is also to cater to visitors to Barcelona! There are much better places including the authentic bodegas nearby where staff do not care what skin color or nationality or whatever/whoever you are. The owner never posts any comments when people complain about being discriminated against. Why not apologize to people for the lousy behavior that your staff have? Unless the owner also feels the same as the staff does, and it comes from the top and goes down.

Updated 18th July, 2019: From the owner's reply the reason/excuse given about the table seating. Except this still does not explain why others (i.e. The locals or those who do not look less than white) were coming out from the same queue that we were in and were standing after us yet were able to take the empty tables with no questions asked about if THEY had reservations. And we noticed that the man behind the bar treated them with respect: Giving them their menus and place settings. So that excuse is quite poor to give me. Also we were there in middle of November last year not recently.

I read the negative reviews about the behavior of the staff and I have to say that we didn't had a bad experience. Staff was quick and polite.
The croquettes were really superb, the rest we tried was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. It is true we stuck to tapas, so we don't have an opinion on the main dishes.

Molto buono il ristorante e personale gentile e disponibile abbiamo mangiato la paella di mariscos buona (ma ricordarsi di prendere per due la stessa se no non ne fanno diverse per le coppie) e due tapas di calamari e camembert fritto entrambi buoni e preso la sangria che era ottima totale speso 66 €

A truly original Spanish Bodega with mostly Spanish guests. It is packed with people every evening. The reason is simple:
Excellent, original Spanish food,
Nice and attentive service, even when it's full with guests
Excellent atmosphere and easy contact with other Catalan guests.
We spent some very nice evenings there and can only recommend it to others. Reservations strongly recommended.

Wonderful friendly service and very good food. Washed down some delicious seafood paella with refreshing sangria.

Great restaurant and we did the full deal. Got their tapas bread and tomato’s & calamares to start, paella, and creme Catalonia. Great meal all around.
