BPM Lloret Hotel, Girona

Great place, modern, clean and great service. Outside the hotel can be a bit noisy in the early hours. But this is not the hotels problem. Be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Enjoyed our stay there and would recommend.

L'hotel è carino, ha una bella piscina, e si mangia bene. Le camere sono carine, ma per la pulizia.lasciamo perdere proprio! Sotto il letto c'era la polvere di almeno qualche mese! Il pavimento della stanza era pieno di sporco, capelli, sassi, e anche un braccialetto dei clienti precedenti! (Il braccialetto è rimasto lì per 3 giorni, finché non ho chiesto una pulizia migliore! L'hanno tolto, ma hanno lasciato la polvere! E i letti hanno anche le ruote, fate voi!) Non so se sono le direttive dell'hotel, o sono le signore che puliscono, ma la pulizia delle camere è stata davvero pessima! Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati quando si ricordano credo, la carta igienica non si accorgono nemmeno che non c'è più, il bagno non ha la porta, la doccia non ha la porta.per poco nemmeno la stanza ha la porta! I comodini sono sempre sporchi.se ci lasci il tabacco delle heets, ce lo ritrovi al 100%! (Non ho fumato in camera, ma ho pulito apposta la sigaretta per capire come si sarebbero comportati!) Sotto la scrivania e il mobiletto, stessa storia.quindi, davvero molto scontento di questo! Ed essendoci stato la settimana di Ferragosto, immaginate anche che la spesa non è stata misera! Mi sembra davvero stupido lavorare così male, quando invece basterebbe pochissimo!

Overall the hotel was very good. When we checked in at 2 in the morning, we were made to feel very welcome. Check-in did however take a while.

Our room was spotless, and comfortable. We loved the rooftop bar. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Pool area was very good, and towels available from reception.

Breakfast was good, although cooked food could have been hotter. The only area that was a little disappointing was evening meal. More effort could be spent on presentation. More flavour and again food could be so much hotter. Would be nice to have more choice rather than chips, chicken nuggets, pasta, pizza. If food was better, I would definitely give it 5 stars

The hotel is very nice, we enjoyed being here.
Half board was great, the food to us was tasty even if there was not a lot of options, quality over quantity! You have to pay for drinks at dinner time, morning drinks are free.
Clean big rooms, everything looks new. Comfy beds and pillows.
Close to the beach, shops, markets. Quiet nights, which is lovely. The only problem for me was that in the mornings people or the cleaning people were slamming doors around 8-9 am and I like to sleep late.otherwise, really worth it. If coming back to Lloret we will be staying here
