Muy indignado con esta oficina, la subdirectora comercial Ana Maria anglada roig una auténtica inepta, por su mala gestión he perdido dinero, y ya no te cuento del coletas que está en recepción un auténtico inútil

He estado 9 meses para cerrar una cuenta de estos usureros de la caixa, no me la cerraban y me cobraban aún más comisiones, muchísimo cuidado con la subdirectora comercial Ana Maria Anglada Roig, que es una auténtica inepta y una mentirosa y ya no hablo del coletas que está en recepción, un auténtico ignorante y un chulo de mucho cuidado, no recomiendo esta oficina de incompetentes

He hagut de fer un parell de gestions i el tracte a sigut pésim.la subdirectora Ana Maria Anglada Roig una incompetent. I el noi de la cua no val per res. No ho recumanu.

BAD ATTITUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPRODUCTIVE, BAD MANNERED. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. UNEFICIENT. TIME CONSUMING. LACK OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE. From my point of view being born and raised in Spain and living around the world I need to express my opinion about this: specially big companies, banks like LA CAIXA which have a big impact in society nowadays, must take seriously who they hire. Because of hiring friends and family who are incompetent and deeply unprofessional, costumers end up having a poor experience and leaving banks like La Caixa. If instead you guys hired prepared men and women who have been putting effort in studying career and masters, are eager to work and deserve to be given a good job, costumer service would improve 100 times and costumers wouldn’t leave. I believe you should really imitate good examples instead of hiring your friends. Something at La Caixa doesn’t work. If there were ZERO STARS we would choose ZERO. Today Thursday January 23rd 2020 we went to Bankia in Carrer de Munt and they solved everything in 2 minutes. Literally. We went to La Caixa afterwards specifically into the “atención ràpida” standafter around 12pm. We had to wait for about an hour and when it was our turn the lady said “I’m going to let them first ok? ” For no reason. Obviously it was NOT OKAY. She let a guy go in front of us in line just because she knew him after all the wait. When finally they attended us (a woman in her 50’s maybe more maybe less, glasses I believe), first of all she talked too much almost being charlatan and complicated.not professional and while not solving anything. Second of all she didn’t respond to our clear and simple question efficiently or directly, instead she went around and around in loops not making any sense and moreover placing a bunch of complicated nonsense obstacles when all it was a simple question. She definitely had a personal problem towards us or she didn’t really care about her work. Third of all she openly said to me that since I am domicialated in Barcelona we can not use the Caixa Bank from Llavaneres, when Llavaneres is second home and my family’s first home for many generations. In addition to this, La Caixa Bank it’s a big and very important entinty and as a client of any relevant bank you can make transactions from any of their bank offices open to the public anywhere, she insisted that she could not attend ya in llavaneres and did not attended us. Fourth, we were discriminated for speaking in Spanish. People with us noticed how absurd this woman was.based on many details and missedbehaviors that aren’t worth digging into right now. Conclusion: we left without doing even the simplest transaction because she didn’t want to do a thing and we were really overwhelmed by her nonsense and laziness, definitely a bad attitude we leftas fast as possible hopping to speak with someone competent from our trust in Barcelona since this Caixa doesn’t function efficiently or properly at all. We left feeling like this is not the place to go when trying to do any transaction and rethinking if closing our account in La Caixa. If I were La Caixa, I would be more cautious when choosing who to hire to work with the public and long time costumers from La Caixa. Costumer Service is the face of a business and definitely if we are talking about this costumer service it is a Disaster.
