Unfortunately not a great service. They weren't informed properly about the documents that I needed to get for the empadronamiento as well as for the NIE and also stopped replying to me after the last payment was settled. In the end they got me my NIE but it was quite a stressful process and definitely not worth the price.

I used Carbray to obtain my Spanish Citizenship through the Sephardic origins. The firm and its lawyers were always attentive, responsive, and proactive, expediting the actions of the Spanish Government whenever within their locus of control.

Having lived in the USA for nearly 40 years, operating multi million dollars businesses, and being represented by one of the largest legal firm in America (Dorsey Whitney LLP), I was somewhat reserved on which law firm to choose to represent us in Spain. Terrible law firm who just wants more money for every single thing.they seem really communicative at the beginning but once you pay and engage with them, its downhill! All the positive reviews are from newbies with no other reviews.very fishy. (tip: before you consult, check the negative reviews first and see how many people feel the same way)

I could not be happier with the service I received. The process was so involved and they guided me through with ease, promptly answering all my (many and constant) questions. I found their customer service beyond reproach and I am not confident I could have completed the process correctly without their assistance

On now being in spain and finalising my visa, i can recommend them even more highly. A situation made more difficult by covid was smoothed significantly with their assistance.

Absolutely rude team, they only care about their money but they dont care about their clients. Think twice before you deal with them.

The initial conference call with Carbray Int'l Law Firm left me with a positive impression, so I engaged them to obtain my NIE. First thing that happened was their managing director incredibly enough supplied me with the wrong address to their office. Hence, all my personal documents with apostille of the Hague were lost in the mail, which resulted in me having to start the whole process over again, costing me time and money.
I arrived in Spain shortly before the COVID lockdown which caused some unexpected problems to finalize the NIE process. The firm was unwilling to answer even simple questions. I initially intended to use them for other services and even paid them more than 1,000 euros (not refunded) for this, but decided against it due their sloppy services.
There are local law firms which gives great service throughout the entire process for a fraction of the price Carbray is charging.

Previously 5 starts. My case was handed off to a new team prior to completion. This led to a few problems towards the end but eventually they resolved all issues. 95% of my experiences with this company have been exceptional.
