¡La peor estancia de mi vida! NO RESERVE AQUÍ. No hay comunicación del anfitrión, reservamos hace meses y todavía no hemos recibido una respuesta de nadie sobre ningún tipo de compensación por nuestra estadía, ya que el hotel nos cerró la puerta mientras todas nuestras cosas todavía estaban dentro del apartamento. NO RESERVAR AQUI

APARTAMENTO FALSO! Reservamos con Booking y estuvo bien, pero esperamos al anfitrión durante horas sin respuestas, sin abrir el apartamento y el número de teléfono no pudo recibir la llamada. ¡Evita este lugar! Si reservaste llama al servicio de atención al cliente para eliminar la reserva.

Terrible experience no communication from owner they changed our code on door and locked us out leaving us to sleep on the street only way in was to call a lock smith even though we still had a booking for another night. We still have not heard back from owner DO NOT STAY HERE

Ideal si vas por tema médico. Hospital de San Pau ahí mismo. El apartamento limpio. Encontramos la tranquilidad que necesitábamos. La atención del personal muy bien. Nos tocará volver así que, volveremos.

This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, not only that it was the worst experience I have had in my life.
To start off the check in was ridiculous and almost impossible.
Then…
On our last night before we had a flight the next morning our code to enter the room was changed. No way for us to enter our room or the building. They had no communication with us as to why it was changed and when we tried to contact them there was no response.
WE HAD TO SLEEP ON THE STREET OUTSIDE ALL NIGHT AT THE PLACE THAT WE PAID FOR. This happened at 10pm and we didn’t get access until 10am the next day. All of our money, passports and luggage were stuck in there and we couldn’t get inside. We called the police and they were no help and we tried contacting the owners all night and no response. We ended up having to pay a locksmith $600 to open the door for us. This was last week and we have still not heard anything from the owners. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE HAVING TO SLEEP ON THE STREET.

Please do not give this company any business.

Mal trato del personal. Familiares se olvidaron un aparato electrónico y niegan tenerlo. Nos sale la ubicación y la veces que lo intentan utilizar y no pueden porque está bloqueado. Les llamamos y cuelgan al teléfono. Llamamos al fijo y mienten, la chica dice que el teléfono no corresponde a los apartamentos. Mentira.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I and my group turned up in the late evening and their self checkin machine didn’t find my reservation. The contact phone number is just decoration on the wall, nobody answers it. There was a WhatsApp number and the owner answered but only in Spanish. He wrote that they don’t have my reservation. And then simply didn’t answer anymore. I called Agoda to resolve the issue as I booked at their site. It took about 2 hours to call them 3 times and waiting for their response. At 1: 00am they dared to write an email that “Sorry, no accommodation nearby, we simply cancel your booking and refund the money that was charged already”. Do you want similar experiences? If yes, go ahead and book this place, otherwise find something else.

Tuvimos dificultades para entrar al tener que llamar al número de teléfono indicado varias veces sin respuesta. Los apartamentos están limpios y tienen lo necesario para una escapada.

¡NO RESERVE AQUÍ! Mi grupo y yo llegamos a última hora de la noche y su máquina de registro automático no encontró mi reserva. El teléfono de contacto es solo decoración en la pared, nadie contesta. Había un número de WhatsApp y el dueño contestaba pero solo en español. Escribió que no tienen mi reserva. Y luego simplemente no respondió más. Llamé a Agoda para resolver el problema cuando reservé en su sitio. Me tomó alrededor de 2 horas llamarlos 3 veces y esperar su respuesta. A la 1: 00 am se atrevieron a escribir un correo electrónico que decía “Lo siento, no hay alojamiento cerca, simplemente cancelamos su reserva y le devolvemos el dinero que ya se cobró”. ¿Quieres experiencias similares? En caso afirmativo, continúe y reserve este lugar, de lo contrario, busque algo más.
