I tried to make an appointment online, but there weren't any available. When I came here in person to explain my situation, they said that without an appointment, I would have to wait in this line. Unfortunately, the line was already "full" for the day when I arrived at opening time (9: 00 a.m.), so anyone else would have to try again tomorrow.
I was advised to come back at ***3: 00 a.m. *** (no, that's not a typo) to improve my chances of being served. It's shocking that a supposedly developed country finds it acceptable to make people stand outside for 7+ hours in the cold without a bathroom.
