Colibri Brunch, Barcelona

So, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is because it's linked with the restaurant next door (which we didn't go to because poor reviews) However, this link is the majority of their tapas. They sell it from their restaurants but it's cooked and walked over to from next door.
So, for me I had the fried calamari (other restaurant-saw him drop it off) absolutely declious, crispy coating, but not heavy. Can't fault it except! Came with a chunk of lemon and no dip or sauce.
The main (from the restaurant) A steak grilled sandwich. It's definitely feeling, however the cheese was the only hot thing. Shame, was hoping the streak was fresher and hotter. The steak sandwich was very messy and a lot of oil was spraying everywhere in I can't deny it was tasty, however needs a sauce inside it though.
Sercice - waitress/waiter, him/her. Wherever, she looked like woman to me, was a very friendly, kept coming up to top of our wine, that kinda stuff. However, possibly just misunderstood our order and had to ask 3 times it misunderstanding it more than once. That's you. You lied, which delayed us a lot.

Would go back but would try other places first. 100 euros for 4 people. 2 mains, 4 tapas, 1 bottle of wine. And 2 cokes. Not worth it.

Amazing place to eat brunch, the smokey chicken sandwich is great. It's nicely decorated, also the music was on point.

Super nice place. Food was delicious. Anna the waitress was the best and super welcoming. Definitely recommend. 5 stars!

Looks great but her the chocolate pancakes because the French toast was out. Their cookies are delicious and the plating great. But the wait to get served is almost as bad as the pancakes where.

Un brunch abbondante, particolare, bello e strabuono! Personale gentile e locale caratteristico e intimo. Un amore di posticino! Ritornerò sicuramente!

Per fer brunch és perfecte. Tenen molta varietat de plats, molt bons i la presentació és preciosa.
El local sembla haver estat un lloc típic de Barcelona -milers de cartells de publicitat antiga- on només queda allò de cultura catalana, els cartells, ja que cap cambrer parla català, inclús l'idioma més dominant seria l'anglès.
Tot i això, s'ha de dir que el servei, en general, és atent i molt eficient.

The photos look better than what the actual flavour unfortunately. This place is very touristy and the food is not amazing, however staff are very polite and helpful.

This place was exactly what we were after for our last brunch in Barcelona this trip. Very friendly staff, exceptional food and quick service. The interior decoration was very quirky providing a wonderful setting. Lovely variety on the menu, well priced and you won’t leave disappointed. Thank you!
