6El aspecto exterior está claro que es mejorable, pero son muy simpáticos y te resuelven todas las dudas. Les hemos comprado una bicicleta (nueva) y de momento todo bien.
Bought a bicycle here for 100eur that broke after two uses. They then charged me 8eur to fix it and it broke again after 1 use. Didn’t bother trying to fix again and just decided to leave it since we also rented a bike from them for 2 weeks which we didn’t return for much longer due to COVID and not being able to return home for 3months. When we finally returned the bike they charged us a fee 95eur a month plus kept the deposit of 100eur because the bike was rusty. I was in touch with the owner to ask if we could keep the bike longer. She agreed but NEVER explained that it will be charged like this. We said we would pay what is fair hoping they would do the right thing and choose not to rip us off (considering also the broken bike they sold us). But they chose to charge the initial 70+300! A total of 370eur for renting the bike in the photo for 3 mo plus 100eur for a bike we were able to use only 2x. I would never recommend them. Very unfair.
Absolutamente impresentables
Dejamos la bici el 5 de octubre para arreglar una cadena y un manillar. Nos las han dado hoy, 22/1, una pinchada (en 3 meses que ha estado alli la bici se habra pinchado porque no lo estaba) que han tenido que reparar (y cobrar el pinchazo!) cuando nos la estaban dando
Un negocio familiar que sera ex negocio en breve.absolutamente impresentable el trato.
Es la primera reseña que hago en mi vida, respeto los negocios familiares y lo complicados que son, pero de verdad que este establecimiento es absolutamente irrecomendable
Un desastre, pesima atencion y se demoran eternidades, estuvieron 2 semanas para arreglar un freno, cuando me dieron la bici, el freno funcionaba mal, reclame pero no quieron arreglarlo
Muy buen servicio y profesionalidad. Relación calidad precio insuperable. Llevo muchos años comprando y reparando bicicletas en este sitio
