El trato del Dr y su ayudante es excelente. Te explican todo con la máxima claridad. Te conceden tus tiempos de reflexión y te dejan leer los documentos con calma. No te presionan para venderte cosas. Te aconsejan lo mejor para ti. Realizan muy bien los procedimientos con máximo cuidado y las pausas que necesites. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Muy buenas instalaciones. Excelente, repetiré seguro.

I had high hopes for this lip filler experience. I researched doctors for weeks. Dr. Larrue has good reviews and I thought he would listen to me. I went 3 times, and each time there was a scheduling mix up, coupled with Dr. Larrue not listening to me. The first visit was rushed because he and his nurse didn't even know I was there for the procedure. I asked questions about the product and risks, etc. I asked for photos. They didn't have any photos of their work ready for me to see. That was a red flag. Then I said "ok, I'll try it. " No numbing cream, no asking what I wanted, no showing me the product. Just a very rushed and painful injection. No mesotherapy as my Groupon indicated. The next day one side of my mouth swelled huge. I waited 2 days and finally called and the nurse said "well what do you want us to do? " And told me to wait a week. A very self conscious week! I returned with photos showing what I wanted a week later. The doctor ignored me and just injected the same side again. I was dissatisfied. He said "I'll save this for you for when you return. " Ok fine. I waited another week and knew exactly what I wanted to say about my lips being uneven. But when I returned he said "oh I threw out your acid" because it had been more than 2 weeks since the first injection. Then why did he say he would save it? ! Now I have to go to another doctor to fix my lips. A horrible experience. Doctors should listen, especially when they are injecting into your face. I don't know if he treats everyone this way. He has good reviews, that's why I went to him. I do think there is a racist, sexist undertone here, with how dismissive and rude he and his nurse were. I'm not happy.
