Russian lady didn’t know the prices of the goods I was asking for. Overall experience was not pleasant and I will never return to this store again.
Also, please don’t try to talk to Ukrainians in russian - it is not a favor, it’s rather disrespect since the war.

They announce that they close at 20: 00 but at 19: 45 the door was closed and locked. Disappointing!

Anuncian que cierran a las 20: 00 pero a las 19: 45 la puerta estaba cerrada y bloqueada. ¡Decepcionante!

Bueno la marca se recomienda sola modelos exclusivos. Muy de temporada con acabados muy finos RECOMENDABLE 100%.

La peor de las experiencias. Una directora de tienda incompetente, 0 resolutiva, altiva. Es una vergüenza que una maleducada de su categoría esté al frente de una firma como es D&G. Vergüenza les debería de dar. Nos habló fatal a mi madre y a mi cuando intentábamos hacer una devolución. Minutos antes habíamos pedido un poco de agua, y nos dijo que ya no les quedaba, acto seguido vemos a varios empleados sacando botellas de agua para otros clientes.
En definitiva, para que le pongan de patitas en la calle.

Yo creo que para que te atiendan bien en cualquier lugar del mundo es la actitud con la que entras en una tienda. Para mí la atención de las personas que me atendieron fue súper agradable y la tienda es impecable.

Pues por mi experiencia me encontré cómoda mirando todo lo que me interesaba, me atendieron muy bien y los precios están muy bien.

El personal es muy atento y el trato es buenisimo, hay gafas para elegir y los precios son muy justos por esto los recomiendo.

This particular store has extremely rude staff who were more willing to show customer service and even common courtesy to a middle-aged Russian man with his 20-year-old female.erm. 'friend' than other customers in the store with the ability to pay. I have shopped in many other of their stores around Europe with no problem. Some training might be in order.

Fatal compré unas gafas a 200€ y ni en un mes se abren y desarman enteras, la tienda de su marca no se hace cargo de la garantía diciendo argumentando que no ha sido la compra en la misma sucursal, insólito para un gasto de 200€ pésima atención al cliente sin dar soluciones, al contrario, desligándose del problema.

The store is great, the staff really friendly, but they have a limited number of clothing and shoes models.

Was there a couple of hours earlier. My son was looking for a belt for his girlfriend but did not find any to his liking. As we were leaving, a bag on sale, on the top shelf caught my attention and I turned and asked the same gentleman who earlier attended to my son if he would help me with the price. He looked visibly unhappy by the fact that I was bothering him, yet duly responded to my query with a deep sigh. After which he turned and started attending to a customer talking to her enthusiastically in her language which sounded to me as Japanese. Perhaps the store prefers only certain nationalities as its customers? I left after thanking him. Definitely felt unwanted.
