Eat Sleep Cycle, Girona

Would love to say we enjoyed a coffee but after waiting half an hour to be waited on then waiting another quarter of an hour for the coffees to arrive we had to leave coffeeless. Shop wasn't that busy either. Not good service. Poor show.

Els preus potser son per a turistes europeus. El Spritz que vàrem prendre estava bo (tot i la manca de la taronja) però amb el preu mes car (en terrassa) de Girona.

Excellent choice for bike rental in Girona. Great selection, fair prices but in particular, the staff is very friendly, flexible and always looking to help! Also, very willing to accommodate specific needs. Definitely my go-to option in Girona for the future.

This shop provides a consistently great experience! Just one example;
I stopped in unannounced regarding an issue maintaining headset compression with my Basso Palta (purchased at ESC last year). Despite being in the midst of a bike build, Willem was kind enough to stop and explain the issue with the stem design and how best to fix it. Wonderful to have access to an expert, who's willing to share his insights. (His fix worked, btw!)

I have recently bought a bike from ESC. The process was arduous, because in corona times some parts were difficult to get because of shortage. But the people from ESC were always helpful, and now I am a proud owner of a Basso bike. ESC does certainly not sell the most affordable bikes, but they make sure that you get the most from your euros. You always have the feeling that they are passionate, and they top priority is for you to enjoy with your bike as much as they do with theirs.

I got this very cool MTB thanks to this amazing online shop. It only took 3 days to go from Spain to north of France (free shipping).

Decided on a whim to rent a bike in Girona. They had great bikes and service. I got the impression reserving would have been a good idea but a solid Basso cross bike was available. It cost me a bit more for shoes but they got me all set up quickly. I just rode from the shop and found my way (after a bit of wandering) to some great road and gravel riding. A map would have been helpful but there was decent cellular map coverage. Extremely memorable and a great adventure! Now I hope to return for a longer stay.

What an amazing shop, I went on a trip with One of the guides who brought us out to Sant Grau which had some epic climbs and coastal views, I also rented a Ridley which was sensational to ride and just gave hours of power and I’ll be investing in my own ridley now. Couldnt recommend they highly enough! Thank you ‍️

The customer experience was fantastic! Easy booking through web site - used chat bot to ask a few questions.immediate/helpful response. Once I got there, the people at the shop were extremely helpful in getting me set up for my rides: showed me routes, set my Wahoo Roam up.even gave me an electrical charger adapter. My bike was perfectly tuned and ready to go. If you’re ever in Girona, do yourself a favor and connect with Eat, Sleep, Cycle!

Fantastic people, service and atmosphere. That fact that I had problems with my cycle ironically only made the experience better. I returned to the shop after the first ride to report come concerns. None of which would have stopped me riding the bike if it was my own. Anyway They listened with genuine concern made sure i was not planning on riding anymore that night as they would have organised a cycle for me. They took the bike in and had it ready for me in the morning. Unfortunately new concerns rose the next ride and I returned. They basically thanked me took the bike again offering me another cycle if I wanted and had it sorted.
Cycles as we all know suffer strain especially when you're in a place like Girona with big climbs and lovely long fast downhills. The concerns I reported were nothing but noises that would have been ignored if it was my bike. It was just such a nice place to ride and such a lovely quiet place that i reported. To be honest it was more for my sake as if something had went wrong with the bike it would have been no good saying "ohh on the first day it was going this and that" I let them know so we all knew.

I just finished a custom tour they put together for just me which included baggage transport, GPS files for my daily routes, first class hotels, and bike rental in the Basque Country of Northern Spain. This was a last minute trip that they put together within a matter of weeks and it all went perfectly. Not one problem. I will definitely book future tours with Eat Sleep Cycle

Hired 2 bikes and had a guide for the day. Had a perfect ride to the coast and back (with a swim in the sea). Smooth stable bikes and great staff. No wonder they have such a high rating.

We hired Ridley Helium road bikes here for a week; the bikes were beautifully prepared and ran faultlessly. The shop is located in the heart of the old city. On leaving Girona, our taxi let us down but the guys at Eat Sleep Cycle were quick to rescue us and got us to Ryanair in time. Recommended.
