Friendly efficient staff who are very helpful. Clean and contemporary-styled rooms with safe and mini-bar. Loved the rooftop pool which has a bar and then music in the evening. Do NOT expect to get an extra pod of coffee. Either management is too cheap to permit or the gent doling it out gets paid by how little he provides. Either way it is disappointing if you like an extra cup of Java to start your day. Still, well recommended.

Habitaciones decoradas de forma elegante, limpieza perfecta de las mismas y pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio de las habitaciones hace que merezca la pena alojarse en este hotel.

Very opulent breakfast hall, like something out of a Wes Anderson film. But executive rooms have a terrible view, and you will be extorted for beer at the rooftop bar.

Location is perfect.few feet from metro station.few minutes from airport bus station in catalonya plaza

If you like to smell dirty diapers every day of your trip, be my guest and stay here. But, if you dont like to be woken up from your sleep due to a nasty smell, DO NOT STAY HERE. We complained numerous times and all that was done was the cleaning lady spraying chemicals that erased the smell.until the chemicals eventually disintegrated and the smell came back. Worst Hotel Ever!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Beautiful hotel but with an awful smell of dirty diapers, strong enough to wake me from my sleep. Complained for 3 days but management did nothing. Do not stay here specially room 411.

A fine traditional Spanish non-stop chain 4 star hotel right in the heart of town. Very good service, r[Ms & staff. Concierge very helpful. A gem.

Aluciné por el buen trato de todos sus trabajadores y por la comodidad en mi estancia, aunque sólo fuera a desayunar (que por cierto, todo de 10: desde productos saludables hasta bollería o puntuales platos hechos al momento) y visitar el rooftop (última planta y terracita del hotel), desde donde se puede ver una preciosa Barcelona en 360 grados. ¡Volveré!

Nice friendly hotel in ideal location in central Barcelona. Good access to all the sights. Metro is very close. 5 mins walk from La Rambla. You can get from the airport right to the front door on the metro for 9€. Bit old fashioned but very nice. Small pool and terrace on roof. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby so didn't eat here. Only complaint is lack of tea making facilities in room. Would come again.

Spent 6 nights here and the big pluses are its central location and easy access to the Metro/subway, restaurants and shopping. Bathroom was large and great. Temperature cannot be controlled independently to make it cooler or warmer but the temperature was fine. Breakfast in the morning was good as well. Sometimes you hear the subway in the rooms but the subway does not run overnight and it never woke us in the morning. Overall a good value compared to higher priced hotels nearby.

1 star due to the clean rooms & location. -4 stars due to the following: audible noise & vibration from the subway & neighbouring rooms; (you can hear people walking around above you on the wooden floors) ; Tasteless breakfasts & poor hot food options; Terrible gym facilities (it literally has three treadmills in a room / hallway people pass through to get to the toilets & outside terrace). Finally the room we moved into on our last night smelt like a dog had just vacated it.
