We had a 40 minute wait from when we sat down to when the food was actually served.the flavor was good, but it was all COLD when it arrived. Not a place I'll be going back to.

Of all the great food in this city I went out on a limb and tried out this place because I was really in the mood Ethiopian food. This was a mistake. The space is small but comfortable enough. There's a few tables outside that you can take advantage of and it about doubles the total seating of the restaurant. The food itself was very underwhelming, we got a combination meat platter but there was very little meat so veggies were the main which I wouldn't have mind as long as the food we got was good but it was just bland and tepid. The total for the platter was 23.90 euro so a bit overpriced. It wasn't as fresh as it could be either as I could be either as I could hear him warming it up in the microwave. I would not come back.

La comida es estupenda es como si estivieras en Etiopía! Muy buena ambientación. El trato y servicio son inmejorables. Hay aire acondicionado, y también tiene terraza para los que quieran comer fuera. Altamente recomendable!

Todo muy correcto, pero sobre todo el dueño súper amable, venía y te preguntaba qué tal cada rato, te sugería y se implicaba. Un gusto

Deliciosísimo todo! Las raciones ideales y correctas, y todo absolutamente delicioso. El señor que atiende muy amable y el lugar encantador. Para volver seguro!

Estuvimos el domingo 1 de septiembre, una amiga, mi hija y yo, el chico super atento, la comida buenísima y sacia un montón.

Elías, el anfitrión, es un chico muy majo. La comida esta bastante bien, tipo casera y abundante. El té está genial. Dos o tres personas comen de un plato.

Comida típica de Etiopía, lugar pequeño y muy acogedor atendido por su dueño. La comida estaba excelente, muy sabrosa, si bien la carta es pequeñita el principal trae muchas cosas para probar. Tenía un postre llamado crema de queso muy sabroso, tienen vino y cervezas además de un rico té de la casa.

Comida como el nombre. Deliciosos entrantes, principales y postres. Especialmente el postre de queso. Falla el lugar, no invita a entrar ni quedarse. Muy pequeño

I was going to give 4.5 stars but since that isn't an option, I'll give the benefit of the gap. My husband and I are transplants in Barcelona and while we know the city fairly well, we like to try new places more often than revisiting the known quantities. This place has flown under our radar for too long - it's close to our flat and easy to reach, so I know we will be back sometime when we aren't in the mood for trying out a new place.

We started with the sambusa appetizer, which was quite tasty, but I think the fry oil was too cold, because they could have been much crispier and would have avoided the soaked-in-oil texture. I think we were the first customers of the night, so I get it, maybe the fryer wasn't up to temperature yet, but the sambusa suffered a bit for that. This was our only disappointment. The combination plates were really great; husband had the veggie, and I the chicken, and everything was lovely. I especially loved the spinach. The injera was some of the best I've had, and the portions were just right; I've often left Ethiopian restaurants absolutely hating myself for overeating, but in this case I was full but not uncomfortable. The desserts seemed not house-made, but quality anyway.

The owner (?) was extremely friendly, gracious and informative, while he was the only server and sole chef. The place is very small but clean; frugally decorated, but clearly with great care. The kitchen is open to the dining space, and there is something really nice and homey about listening to kitchen sounds while your meal is being made. It seems clear this place is built on a love of sharing good food, which is why it gets my top rating.:)

Si tens ganes de provar coses noves, si no t'importa arriscar i conèixer altres cuines i altres locals, aquesta és una bona aposta.
El propietari super amable. El local és petit i molt bàsic, però no te res a veure amb el que menjareu. Un plaer dels sentits.

Comida buena y 100% típica. Un sitio muy pequeño pero acogedor. La persona que atiende muy atenta. Lo único el precio. Se cobra por persona, pero se pone 1 plato para compartir. El plato es casi igual para 2 que para 6 y se paga 3 veces mas. Así que si vais, pedid platos para 2 o o máximo 3, no uno para todos.

Comida etiope, probamos el plato mixto y tanto el pollo, la ternera como todas las verduras estaban muy sabrosas y todo combina perfectamente! Es una comida muy buena y una experiencia muy diferente, un sitio muy recomendable. Ademas, el dueño hace lo imposible por que estes a gusto y por que te quedes sarisfecho! El local muy pequeño y intimo, perfecto para cenas mas informales en las que te preocupa mas la calidad de lo que comes!

Timo para no volver, poca comida, local pequeño, baños super sucios, mal servicio, nada recomendable.

Comida Etíope de mucha calidad. Lugar para compartir una experiencia extraordinaria con amigos o familia. El trato del duelo muy cercano y amable. Volvere sin duda.

Auténtica comida etíope en el centro de Barcelona, excelente calidad. Trato inmejorable. Buena relación calidad-precio. Totalmente recomendable

Very nice owner and nice food. On Saturday it is open until 3 am. I would love to visit that place again. Highly recommended.

Delicious food and very friendly owner. We wanted to sit outside and because there were no free tables, he moved one outside. Amazing and would recommend.
