El Gin Tub, Barcelona

Andrew, the owner, is so disrespectful. He faulsly advertised that we would get a free shot for our friends birthday - we didn’t get the shot and we couldn’t do karaoke even though he said we could (once we bought our drinks which we did) and is advertised online as a karaoke bar and even asked us if we knew if Corona virus existed, whilst not wearing a mask. Asked us to leave and was extremely impolite. Choose literally any other bar in Sitges!

We took a spontaneous trip to Sitges out of boredom and stumbled upon El Gin Tub while wandering around. This is a MUST SEE! The most fun I’ve had in my 2 month stay in Spain. There is karaoke, incredible drinks and fun atmosphere, what more could you ask for? Come with a group and get ready to spend hours here. We are living in Barcelona but definitely coming back just for this find.

Great place to enjoy some cocktails with some twist! Even in pandemic times you can feel the good vibes there.

Fantastic quality of food and at a great price!
The service is always fantastic, and Drew is always incredibly welcoming and makes you feet at home.
I haven't got a bad word to say about each meal I've had - each course has been delicious, and the roast dinner reminded me of those eaten at home, in the UK, every Sunday!
I'd highly recommend the Gin Tub, not just for the food on a Sunday but for their super cocktails and gins - particularly 'Berrilicious'. My favourite:)

Hidden gem of a bar. Gin infusions abound but they also serve cracking cocktails. The morphin old fashioned is a thing of beauty!

What a delightful find! The bartenders are super personable, and have crafted an eclectic experience, infused with flamables to entice the senses.

Placed below ground level, the Gin Tub in Sitges is the best place to go have a cocktail while listening to live music. They even make their own Gin!

We sat at the bar, not a table. I hardly think our area was reserved.

I dream about this place often. While traveling Spain back in September, my husband and I had the great pleasure of finding this gem, as well as Sitges itself! We found out about this place by meeting the owner at Soi 33 (which has the best mojitos, sushi, and views in Sitges). Scott, you are amazing! Thank you for making our Spanish memories so wonderful! Your hospitality is so genuine and unforgettable, friend.

The decor and vibe is simply amazing, and very different from what Sitges offers. The detail is uncanning, my favorite thing to do was wonder in awe with gin & tonic in hand, admiring the amazing depth while listening to some on point gin club music. Their knowledge of gin here is unlike anywhere I have been. I learned so many things, and they were happy to teach or answer any questions. Frida was amazing! I wish we could have stayed to see the burlesque show, but not to worry, We’ll be back to Sitges one day!

If you’re in Sitges, first of all I’m very jealous of you, secondly, do yourself a favor and go to Soi 33 & El gin tub. You can thank me later.
