Els Llorers Apartaments, Girona

Lovely apartment very clean. Very friendly staff who deal with any problems you may have very quickly. Have a mini bus to take u down to the supermarket and beach if you want.

It's very basic. If you are unlucky enough to have a room over the bar, you will hear the entertainment at night. Also because I was in room 101 the shutters being opened at 8.30am. Then closed at 11.30pm or close to midnight. On the plus side the staff were lovely in the bar, reception and the driver for the free mini bus

This is our 3rd year staying at Els Llorers. The apartments are everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfy beds, great showers, aircon, kitchenette, very big balcony/terrace and lots of space.
The Els Llorers team which Includes, Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, the restaurant/bar staff and Nigel the free shuttle bus driver are all remarkably helpful, friendly and will do all that they can to make sure your stay is a perfect one. This team is a family from all walks of life that look out for each other.

A great place good food and nice staff fantastic for children to play the only down side is it is a long way from the centre of lloret and to the beach. The apartments are very clean and well maintained would recommend but not for elderly people because of the walk to lloret and the hill to get to the apartments

Estuve un día en familia en su piscina y la parte de los niños es genial para que ellos disfruten. Te puedes quedar a comer y está muy bien. Recomendable 100%

It's difficult to rate this place. The staff without question are 5/5. The positioning is 3/5 - it's quite far from the beach front (a good 20 min walk) and although they provide a much needed shuttle to and from the beachfront and local supermarket, you can't just go for a walk. The shuttle stops at 18.30. (Nigel, the shuttle driver is a very nice bloke!)

There's a very steep upward climb to the place as well. There's a minimart nearby, but forget it if you're looking for any sugar free drinks beyond cola or water. Note that on a bus transfer you'll be left at the bottom of this steep incline and it's a good 200m to the top at reception. NOTE: we hadn't noticed on arrival, but you can call up to the hotel to pick you up from here.

The rooms in block A, behind reception, behind the main block are basic. It's pretty dated but acceptable. No sun hits here if you have a mountain view. All the necessary are here, but no oven and notably, no air conditioning. There are fans. There is TV - English is a couple or few channels. I believe air conditioning is better in the main block.

The bar does basic meals and are served particularly quickly. The bar staff are excellent and friendly. Reception staff are friendly too.

There's a nice pool and amenities great for children. Good amounts of seating and pool loungers.

Overall it's about average when you weigh all the parts up.

Edit. Our apartment was only cleaned once, rather than every three days as stated. So we had to ask for more toilet roll.

On our final day, our bus failed to pick us up at the drop off point. A member of reception personally came down to call us a taxi and to wait with us until it arrived. This is excellent customer service. Hence 4/5.

1 star is being generous for this hotel, bugs all over the hotel room. Bar staff in particular were very nasty to us. One bar staff member got into the face of a 15 year old boy and also put his hands onto him and grabbed him off the table. Other bar staff member also made a comment saying how everyone in the hotel was ‘annoying’ my opinion shouldn’t be working in a bar if you have bad customer service. Also, we have a 1 year old child and we were placed in c block which is all up hill with the room having no air conditioning making the room warmer than outside (which had been 30 odd degrees everyday). We have been here for 7 days and not only are we being mistreated by bar staff and overly warm in our room we haven’t been given fresh towels and in total they have given us 3 toilet rolls. I am completely upset about this holiday after spending so much money and being treated the way we have been. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody!

La verdad que ha estado muy bien, falla no tener aire acondicionado que eran ventiladores y no hay ascensor, nos toco un tercero y era sube carro baja carro, pero el resto genial y el servicio también.las piscinas muy limpias y los peques se lo han pasado muy bien.

Es economico pero las instalaciones en general muy sucias y se nota la falta de mantenimiento. Lo bueno es el servicio de comby que te lleva hasta la playa.

Sitio muy tranquilo ideal para ir con niños. 2 piscinas una para adultos y una infantil con toboganes y chorros de agua muy bonita y a parte una zona infantil para que los niños se columpien. El restaurante de la piscina hace la comida riquisima y no es nada cara. Los apartamentos estan bien con 2 splits de aire acondicionado (comedor y en la habitacion) con el del comedor un rato encendido tuvimos suficiente

Très bien nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine avec 3 enfant. Appartement grand et très propre. Seul bémol il y avait très peu de vaisselle; pile le nombre par personne et surtout gros manque d'ustencils comme un couteau à pain une paniere une planche à découper un torchon une casserole supplémentaire pr exemple etc.les piscines sont propres et super les enfants se sont régalés. Restau au top et Le personnel très sympas. En revanche nous avons payé 15 euros pour le wifi qui ne fonctionnait que dans le salon.petit plus pour le monsieur qui conduit la navette très très aimable souriant et de bons conseils pour les visites de lloret.

J'ai bien aimé mais les pièces sont assez petites et il y a un canapé lit pour trois personnes alors qu'il n'y a que deux personnes qui y rentre mais dans l'ensemble c'est un bon appartement

Hemos celebrado el cumpleaños de mi hija en los apartamentos y ha sido un desastre! Nos llamaron la atención por utilizar parte de la terraza cuando únicamente pone en el contrato que no se pueden utilizar las hamacas. Las camareras que hay en el turno de la mañana son encantadoras, ahora, el equipo de ka tarde un desastre, trajeron el pastel sin antes recoger la mesa de la merienda.
