Amazing place for facial treatments! The lady that attempted me was very professional, kind and welcoming. It was my 1st facial treatment (I did the detox one) and it was a really great experience thanks to this place

The price is ok. But the result of service quite disappointed.
I had facial and eyebrows waxed, I already asked to cut short my eyebrows when I was still in shop, in my expectation it shouldn’t extra mention by me.
Than when I got home found out still a lot of hair on my face so I clean again myself which means the service totally waste my money.

Had waxing and facial done in the salon.very professional and efficient service. Rebeca is very experienced and knowledgeable beautician.high quality products.my facial was customized based on my skin needs.would recommend this place.

My favorite beauty spot in Barcelona. The staff is great, the treatments and prices really good. A tip: for the best eyebrows you need to go to this place:)

Best massage I’ve ever gotten. I had been very sore from yoga and dance and the massage made my aches and pains melt away. A beautiful place with beautiful people who will take good care of your needs.

I highly recommend this place. Manicure/pedicure, facial cleaning, laser depilation - everything was done really well with nice products.

After writing this review on their page, they texted me saying “Fuck you” for writing this review. (I attached the photo below however just like a lot of other customers that have written reviews on here, they deleted the photos. How unprofessional.

I’m sure their massages are great but Don’t get a manicure here. I asked for a black shellac manicure, they started to put it on my nails, then she realized the color was terrible and they ran out of black.

Then they told me they don’t have time to give me a shellac manicure so they instead painted my nails black (non-shellac). However when she painted them black, she only put one coat on and it looked terrible because she didn’t care to even make it look good because they gave it to me for free.

Then I told them I was disappointed with my experience and she responded with telling me that “I’m sure you make mistakes with the job you have so we all make mistakes” instead of just owning up to it. Not a way of handling customer service.

I wish the woman realized that the color was terrible before putting it on me instead of just putting it on me. It was not professional and she didn’t seem to care.

I regret spending my last vacation day getting my nails done here in Barcelona.

I got a brazilian here and the lady was so nice, fast, and detail oriented! I would very much recommend!

Great place to get a manicure or wax depilation. Very esthetic and clean, with great service. Maribel is great, I have been going there for over a year and I am always more than satisfied. They also speak good English. Highly recommended!

Incredibly clean and beautiful place. The interior is gorgeous and relaxing. The ladies are very kind. I had a wax done and it was the best I’ve had in Barcelona, and the cheapest (I was shocked for the quality and the atmosphere I expected to pay a lot more). Will definitely be going back to try the other services:)
