Very responsive, professional and friendly staff. We wanted to rent out our newly renovated flat through a trustworthy agency and after meeting with a few, Ficasso was by far the best one. Claudine was our designated contact person from the agency and she was very helpful from the start. She gave us good advices on the housing market and on the flat's potential. We felt like we got listened and well guided at the same time. Ficasso provided us with a very detailled and objective summary on the shortlisted potential tenants. Ficasso made the entire rental process look easy. I highly recommend them and will go back to them in a heart beat in the future! Merci Claudine!

I have rented an apartment for 5 months in the city center of Barcelona. For this short period it is very hard to find an apartment. After going from agency to agency, I finally managed to find Ficasso, where Eileen helped me to find the right apartment. I would really recommend this agency for their professionalism and transparency.

I rented a flat from Ficasso for 18 months and had a very good experience with them. I moved during lockdown in 2020 and wasn't able to view the flat prior to moving in (!) but Eileen was incredibly helpful in sending lots of photos, answering all my questions and even doing a video tour over a zoom call. It was a bit of a risk signing the lease without viewing the flat but it paid off and the flat was amazing.

When it came to moving out, the process was also very smooth. Some small deductions from the deposit were fair and documented with receipts. Eileen was also very helpful in persistently chasing the gas company for refunds owed to me and managed to get all my money back.

The agency fee was high but the same as all the other agencies charge in Barcelona. Communication was always quick & professional and I never had any issues with Ficasso.

Unfortunately using an agency is pretty standard in Barcelona but this agency is legit. I worked with Claudine who was very responsive and professional. Moving is stressful and she made it way easier for me. Very happy with my flat. Thank you.

A legit agency that is very responsive and transparent, so you know what you can expect. Besides that, the employees are very nice and always happy to help. I think one of the best agencies I have ever rented from im Barcelona.

Don't be fooled by this agency, they are no different to any other in Barcelona. At first they were great and seemed legitimate, but typically when it comes to the end of your tenancy, they will try and steal whatever they can from your deposit without consultation. Deposits are peoples livelihoods, and there should be a dispute process on departing where issues can be solved, rather than going ahead and just taking money.
I proactively called on the departure day to ensure any issues could be rectified, but they said they never received any messages or phone calls, yet I have records of the calls and messages. When presented this evidence, they did not respond. Ficasso literally hunted down anything they could to charge back on. The correspondence from Eileen over email was very hardline and not understanding. Be wary if you choose to go with this company.

Eileen and Carla were fantastic, helpful and professional. I had a fantastic experience with ficasso. I would highly recommend using their services.

Mi experiencia con ellos es excelente, no tengo más que buenas palabras para todo el equipo de Ficasso. Had the pleasure to rent my new apartment through Ficasso. Eileen is very professional, responsive, and transparent which is really important and not easy to find when you’re trying to rent in Barcelona. Also for me personally, it was very convenient as a foreigner who doesn't speak much Spanish. Totally recommend them.
