If you are an English tourist, or any tourist at that, do not use this company for your holiday stay. We used them through Airbnb, When we arrived they charged us an extra 80 Euros for a booking fee, even though we had paid in full already.they then took a 300 euro deposit which we was told was a security deposit in case we broke anything. When we left, we cleaned up and moped the floors of the apartment, , making sure we left the place how we found it.when we left we did not receive our deposit back for a couple of days, and they wanted to charge us 50 Euros for no apparent reason and tried to claim that we was sick over the balcony onto the balcony below us. With no Supporting evidence of this as not one of us was sick during our stay.
This company will try and rob from you and take money for no reason, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
FYI: Airbnb resolved this and returned the money this company took from us
