Desayuno: 50% más caro que los restaurantes habituales de los hoteles para obtener el mismo resultado. Servicio y oferta deficientes (como huéspedes del hotel) en comparación incluso con hoteles económicos.

Una bella noche. Todo fue excelente, excepto quizás un tiempo de espera demasiado largo para el plato principal.

El lugar ideal para empezar la noche en barcelona.comida muy bien lograda, cócteles interesantes y servicio impecable.

Tuvimos una cena de bodas en el restaurante Fire. ¡Es elegante y la comida estuvo genial! Nuestro invitado lo disfrutó mucho.

Vam anar ahir a sopar, l' experiència es bona però vaig trobar la beguda excessivament cara, per dues copes de cava (dos dits) ens van cobrar 20€, era Juvé i Camps, però tot i així el preu, per mi, és molt elevat. Les vistes i el servei molt be.

Fuimos a cenar y nos pedimos el tartar y el calamar a la brasa de entrantes, el tuetano del tartar podria haber estado mas hecho porque en el medio estaba crudo y duro y deshecho solo en los lados, pero en general bien, el calamar muy bueno. Mas tarde pedimos solomillo y entraña y un chuleton para compartir, la entraña y el solomillo muy buenos, el chuleton por lo que vale podria ser mejor o mas grande la verdad, los postres los pedimos todos, muy ricos, especialmente la tarte tatin.

We went for dinner, initially we were met by a very friendly young lady who showed us to our table. We then met another friendly young lady who was our waitress. She was very attentive and everything was good. We had some wine (which was great) and then when we had finished said wine, we asked for another bottle, this was just before our mains arrived. As our evening continued I asked if our wine was coming and was told it wasn’t available but someone would come and recommend a wine in its place…. We had finished our meal when the gentleman arrived to offer the alternative wine.
In an establishment like this, I feel this is unacceptable and very unfortunate as the surroundings are lovely.

The next time I am in Barcelona I will definitely come back to dine or have lunch here, sophisticated but not pretentious, welcoming and professional staff all the food is actually otherworldly, worth every moment of it.

Staff muito simpático e caloroso. A comida maravolhosa. Amei a experiência. Pretendo voltar sem dúvida.

Nous y étions pour les 30 ans de mon compagnon, nous n’avons jamais été aussi déçus. Le homard était encore congelé, le thon était gorgé d’eau car, congelé lui aussi. Nous avons eu droit à une carafe d’eau avec de l’eau trouble, une odeur insoutenable et un bout de jambon dedans.
Le restaurant nous a offert une bonne partie de l’addition devant tout ce que nous mettions en évidence …
Une véritable honte, je déconseille fortement.

My husband and I spent a week in Barcelona and this was by far the worst tasting food we had. Which was super disappointing because we were looking forward to our reservation and everything we've tried in the city so far had been superb. We started with a few cocktails which were ok. Ordered burrata for appetizer, it was underwhelming and the sauce that came with the burrata did not compliment the dish. We also ordered the ribeye steak to share. We were excited because they actually come out and show you the cuts of meat and the portion looked great. Once the steak came to our table, it was just awful! Not flavorful, it was dry, and chewy! (ordered medium) I actually had to spit out a few pieces because I could not chew some parts of the meat. What made this even more frustrating was the "steak knife" given to us were like butter knives. The waitress was even nice enough to get us new ones but those also could not cut through the steak without serious elbow grease. Considering this was a W hotel, of course the ambiance and facility were amazing. They even had a live DJ in the restaurant which was nice. But if wanting to experience good food or even ok food in Barcelona, do not waste your time here. For the price point FIRE is charging.you can enjoy SO many other tasty places to eat in the city!

He ido el día 16 de abril para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi novio y ha sido todo increíble, la comida demasiado rica! Calidad- precio inmejorable, les he escrito que quería una torta con velas y la chica del mostrador me ha dicho que ya tenían todo listo y planeado, le han cantado el feliz cumpleaños y los meseros todos buena onda y atentos. El lugar es hermoso
Yo me fui súper feliz de haber elegido este lugar. Sin duda iré en verano que se pueda estar en la terraza.

Increíble servicio en relación al personal muy atentos, pero no llevan mis 5 porque el solomillo estaba muy duro, pero el postre fue excelente.

Had an amazing experience here celebrating my Anniversary! Maru was our waitress and she was great! So attentive, funny, kind and super knowledgeable about the menu whenever we had any questions! Thank you so much for your service!

A group of 4 dined for a friend’s birthday. For me as a vegan the food choices were limited which was a shame however, the service from our server Ilan was 10/10. He was very attentive and answered all the questions I had relating to the food and allergen information. In addition, he made sure that the birthday person was well looked after. Although, I wasn’t happy with the food choices as a vegan the whole experience still deserves 5 stars.

After eating we went to the bar for drinks where we were served by Mona. Again 10/10 service. Again, very attentive and displayed impeccable customer service. Both Ilan and Mona certainly made my experience at W a memorable one. I would certainly come again!

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a booking at Fire restaurant for my sisters birthday. We travelled from the UK for the occasion and were not disappointed. Ilan our waiter went above and beyond to ensure my sisters birthday was memorable
I could not recommend this restaurant any higher, food was amazing, service impeccable, beautiful decor. Mona also ensured our visit to the bar after food was top class, very polite and could not be more helpful. Will definitely return upon my next visit to Barcelona.

El pasado mas de Noviembre nos regalaron una noche con cena incluida en el hotel Fire y fue una noche mágica.
El restaurante y el hotel de 10, pero sobre todo destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Javier Calero que nos trató de la mejor manera. Salimos encantados!

One star only because you have to leave a rating; otherwise, I would’ve left zero. I recently dined at Fire and similar to other reviews, the experience was underwhelming. My initial thoughts were because my party was African American, as we noticed our waiter seemed more attentive to other guests. While the host was nice, as well as the bartenders at the bar (exceptional, if we were to visit again, it would only be the bar), the waitresses was rude and inattentive. Our portions were large so we didn’t finish and asked for it to go. Upon time to leave, we asked where our leftovers were to which the waitress used profanity when she realized she forgot to bag it. Our food was trashed, and after “consulting” with the manager, she wasn’t apologetic, did not try to rectify the situation, gave us an attitude and took $3 (water charge) off a $100 tab and 2 drink tickets like she did us a favor. We’ll never dine here again and was extremely disappointed considering it’s a W Hotel. As an out of the country visitor, I was highly disappointed. W Hotel Barcelona do better.

Visited from the UK for my birthday, although I was not staying at the hotel we ate at Fire restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was impeccable specifically Ilan, he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. Along side him Mona in the bar was lovely and I couldn't recommend Fire any more.
