52Extremely disappointing front office and management at this location. Even a motel has better customer service than this location. I used to be a regular patron of Marriott but never again. If you want to have a pleasant no stress stay take your money elsewhere.
Un hotel que sin duda volveré. Un servicio de desayuno buffet fabuloso, una atención al cliente magnifica y las habitaciones son increíbles.
Los precios son los que son en base a la temporada pero merece la pena pagarlo.
A mayores también se encargan de despertarte en tu salida cuando necesites y de llamar a un taxi para tu salida.
Good hotel at a convenient location for public transport. However, overall poor customer service - the rooms are very small, beds are not the best quality, and we could smell mold and mildew everywhere in the room.
Es un royo porque si no tiene documento tu pareja no te dejan entrar y pierdes la reserva aparte la ultima vez que fui el baño estaba sucio
Hotelul corespunde asteptarilor. Camera cu vedere la oras este spectaculoasa (etaj 10). Mic dejun pentru toate gusturile, iar Juan (mic dejun) este foarte amabil.
I loved my stay at the hotel. I visited for a conference and was not disappointed at all. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member so I had a nice tool upgrade. The service was fantastic, one of the best I’ve seen in Europe. The staff was super friendly. Great lady at the front desk and a wonderful gentleman at the breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and the system was very Covid-proof. Wipes were available in the rooms and personal food tongs to be used for each guest at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is very close to the Glories mall where you can go shopping and even get some nice food and groceries if needed. It is also close to metro and bus stations as well as a nice walk in a lively street to the beach. Two minor things I would have liked to see different:
1. Usually Marriott hotels have irons and ironing boards. This one did not. I asked for them and they were provided.
2. Hotel has no room service. You can order from a restaurant through the hotel but the quality of food was not great.
All in all a very positive experience
Superbe hôtel situé dans le quartier Poblenou, à deux pas de la rue menant à la mer (10/15mn) dans cette rue animée de nombreux restaurants à tapas. Les stations de métro 'Cot' et 'Glories' sont à 10mn.
Très bon séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Personnel super aimable. L établissement se situe à proximité de stations de métro ainsi que de bus. Nous avions une très belle vue sur Barcelone. La salle de sport possède également une magnifique vue! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Je recommande!
We liked THE STAFF.
They were very kind, respectful, helpful. I raise my hat for the staff in the kitchen who worked a lot to serve us during breakfast and kept they're co even when some guest were too demanding.
Same for the staff at the front desk who were very helpful in giving us informations and taking care of our small demands.
We got lucky to have a room with a view towards Sagrada Familia.
The room is correct for a 3* hotel so as the price. I liked they're hair dryer, very powerful.
The breakfast was good, lots of choices and the staff asked for different choices of eggs. I think is a good option to have it. One thing, the coffee is very light compared to what I'm used.
The location of the hotel is preety good, lots of bars, restaurants and commerce, walking distance from the beach, good transportation.
Double room 10th floor: clean, well maintained standard, super comfortable bed with two pillows, mini bar, complimentary water bottles and coffee bar. Bathroom is spacious and clean, well stocked with soap, shampoo and such (but why no conditioner? !). Breakfast is continental and lovely. View over the church.
With a view at the tenth floor, we were delighted to receive fine, quality and an excellent service from this hotel. Room together with its view, cleaning services, breakfast and wine.everything was perfect
Habitaciones muy amplias y la cama súper cómoda. Buenas vistas. Personal muy atento y la zona estupenda. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.
Hotel ideal para viajes de negocio. Desayuno perfecto que sirven a la mesa en bandejas con diferentes productos (se ha modificado el servicio de desayuno buffet por este). El joven que atiende es muy amable y puedes pedirle más de cualquier producto.
Hôtel magnifique super bien placée, parking idéal surtout que c’est très difficile de se garer faute de place zone bleue libre, le personnel est très accueillant merci à la blonde l’accueil, à la personne au cheveux châtain, ainsi que le responsable serveur au petit déjeuner, les chambres sont magnifiques à chaque retour à la chambre après le ménage on a l’impression d’avoir une nouvelle chambre, l’hôtel est très propre franchement rien à dire et je reviendrai sans hésiter merci à vous!
Personalul este foarte amabil, curatenie, mic dejun bun dar nu foarte diversificat.
Dimensiunile camerelor sunt destul de generoase, pat f confortabil, ferestre foarte mari cu un view minunat.
Pozitionarea hotelului este foarte ok, fiind usor accesibile toate obiectivele turistice din Barcelona.
De asemenea puteti beneficia de parcare privata oferita de hotel contra cost 18euro/noapte. Recomand. Raport calitate pret f ok
On a passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont parfaites, et le personnel est très acceuillant, merci à vous
La zona de encoche desde el enfoque de autocar, dependemos que no venga la guardia urbana, si no problemas.
Algún día adecuarán en "general" todos los establecimientos.la zona de embarque de pasajeros?
Es un hotel excelentemente ubicado en la Rambla de las Glorias de Barcelona. Cómodas acotaciones y excelentes vistas
Relación calidad-precio es bastante caro y el buffet no tiene mucha variedad. La habitación como cualquier hotel por el rango de precio. Buen personal. Pero en resumen, caro para lo que ofrece.
El menú está bien pero el servicio, aunque muy atento y servicial, es muy lento. Pese a que no está mal, pienso que hay sitios mejores para comer en el barrio. Lo bueno es que el salón comedor es amplio y luminoso y hay espacio suficiente para ir en grupo y no sentirte en una caja de cerillas.
