Es una tienda de marroquinería y artículos de regalo buena calidad precios asequibles a gente de alto poder adquisitivo precios bastante elevados

It a very lousy shop
Staff are unfriendly n unhelpful
After I buy a bag they VOID my receipt so that I can't process my tax refund at the airport
Then I go back 2nd time they keep on tell me their system nothing wrong and refer to tax refund counter
Keep on point me here and there
The staff even tell me can go to Barcelona city tax counter for more info she told me she on duty now can't make call to help me clarify for this issue
Very unprofessional n disappointed for this kind of service

Tienda de bolsos y complementos de alta calidad y con diseños muy actuales, esta en la Roca, los precios un poco altos.

此店店長對外籍旅客非常不友善，退稅單開立錯名字不願更正，要退貨還拒絕，告訴店家要報警處理，此店家一付不在乎的口吻，直接把東西用摔的給客人，不支持這種有歧視的店家!

The store manager is very unfriendly to foreign travelers.
The tax refund give the wrong name and reject to correct it. Also, reject us to return it. (It's illegal!) When we said we will call the police, they said they don't care and directly drop the thing to the guest.
This store has Racial discrimination, we should not to let it stay.
