24 Las habitaciones son un poco estrechas. El aire acondicionado es lo mejor. De hecho, la habitación se enfrió.
El servicio es excepcional. La ubicación es perfecta.
Lo mejor es la atención, teníamos entrada a la habitación a las 16 horas y nos han llamado a las 12: 40 que ya podíamos entrar
Precioso hotel, todos los detalles muy bien cuidados. La atención por parte del personal también muy bien.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel bien situé par rapport aux visites prévues dans Barcelone. Le personnel a toujours été disponible, attentif à nos souhaits. Les chambres, confortables, sont bien insonorisées. Un parking bien utile et une proximité pratique avec une ligne de métro.
La atención del personal de recepción y reservas es lamentable y falta de profesionalismo. La próxima vez buscaré otra opción en Barcelona. Deben aprender a atender mejor a los clientes y no ser soberbios. Lo único destacable del Hotel es su excelente ubicación, sin embargo es posible encontrar mejores opciones en la zona.
TOP location, love the design and my spacious room. The layout is well thought for travellers. All the staffs are excellent, professional, friendly & helpful. Breakfast at the back terrace is a great way to start the day. The roof top is lovely to chill over drinks and weekend entertainments. Best value!
Hotel correcto en muy buena situación en Barcelona. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones són los esperado para un hotel de 4*S. El personal és muy atento. Se siguen las medidas anti Covid de una forma correcta. El hotel dispone de un bar en la terraza donde se hacen conciertos y se puede tomar una copa de forma relajada.
Very nice accommodations, friendly staff, clean, sauna and gym is a good size.lol pool is kinda weird sitting in the bar area, made my family not want to use it considering its center of attention and everyone is staring at you as you get in and out. But other than that it was a great place with an awesome restaurant on the main floor for dinner. Breakfast was ok, lol eggs could have more flavor.
Rooms are very nice with very good maid service daily. I would definitely recommend using this place. It's also in a great location with a lot of restaurants, there's also a grocery store not far away and the metro in two different directions on either end of the street.

Estuvimos en la terraza tomando algo, las dos terrazas tienen las pareves tan altas que no se ve nada. Una da a edificios viejos, muy mala vista y la otra bien. Personal amable.
La visita ha estat al restaurant Sintonia, situat al hotel Gallery, bon dinar, ben atés, terrassa agradable

Hotel super, petit problème d'insonorisation. À part ça tout est super du personnel aux chambres.
What can I say, this hotel is amazing! Every single staff we’re friendly and helpful. Cristina was the first one to help us and last one to say goodbye. This hotel is located by two metros one to the right which is 2 mins and the to left is 5 mins. Hop on hop off is to the left and then right. Literally next to the metro. The foods are amazing and all walking distance. Just be aware there’s a lot of smokers. Other than that this place made you feel like you’re home!
The location of this hotel is perfect, walking distance to many important monuments and shopping area. The staff is professional, the room is clean, modern and the bed is comfy.
Pésima carta en el restaurante The Top. Platos más que raros, nada apetecibles y después de probarlos aún peor. Está para mejorar TODO, incluso el servicio.
Las vistas y el lugar muy bonitos, para subir hay que preguntar en recepción porque uno de los ascensores no sube al ático y puede ser complicado acceder si tienes poca orientación o si no has ido a la mili
El hotel cumple sobradamente con la calidad que ofrecen. Creo que la gran diferencia con otros de su misma categoría está en el grupo de personas que conforman el personal del hotel, podría hablar de todos ellos pero en este caso lo haré de Paquita, por qué? Básicamente por qué en ella encuentras atención, amabilidad, profesionalidad y siempre una sonrisa o una frase que te alegre el día, creo que toda empresa de servicios debería tener en su ADN lo que ofrecen en Gallery Hotel (Con Paquita como abanderada), muchas gracias y hasta pronto.
