61Charmant hotel dans une belle crique a l ecart de la foule. Le personnel est vraiment adorable. Il faut vraiment prendre les chambres vue mer sinon on peut etre déçu. Nous avons dîné en demi pension et les menus sont tres bien rapport qualité prix super
Hôtel bien situé en fin de plage de Tossa. Chambre vue sur mer agréable mais beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c'est même en demi pension. Heuresement que nous avion vue sur mer car le reste pas top comme vue. La nourriture est servie à table avec un menu trois services avec choix entre 5 plats. C'est goûteux et mieux qu'un buffet mais pas trop exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner par contre en vaut la peine. C'est la première fois que je donnais aussi cher pour un hôtel et un peu de regret par rapport au niveau qualité prix.
Está bien pero no lo valoraría 4 estrellas. No creo que valga lo que sale pero es bonito estar frente a la playa

For the owner here are some additional details of why i didnt like the experience at your hotel
The welcome from reception was not great, lots of things not to do and rules to then find out we have to pay for parking just completed the negative start to our trip.
Having to pay for beach towels is not what id expect at a four star hotel either but we brought our own anyway.
The decor of the hotel is dated, there are some nice modern elements added to bring it a little up to date and look good in photos but in reality it needs a better refurbishment the sound insulation between rooms is non existent hearing neighbours conversations and crying babies is not “premium” its code for basic room style
The quality of materials like the floor in the room, wardrobe and tv area were not premium…the curtains didnt close, the bathroom seems like it was renovated not long ago but was already deteriorating, the yeso between the tiles was coming away, the shower sprayed on the wall which already had damp stains on it. When you go away for a weekend i dont want to be woken up eart at sunrise because the curtains dont close…. Hotel was fully booked so no rooms to change to.
Service was hit and miss i didn’t want to spend anymore money with your establishment after the first day but on our last day we enjoyed the pool area which was great, the service was good from two of the team but when they finished the guy who replaced them told us restaurant customers were the priority and he was busy so they wouldn’t serve anyone else by the pool ️ so your paying guests come second to the foot traffic public from the beach sends a bad message to guests, a few guests left not long after this.
I think the hotel is in a great location and has a lot of potential but my experience was guests are not a priority for your team
Some basics that could be improved and deliver an amazing stay perhaps we were unlucky when we came but I certainly wont come back
Buen restaurante y buen trato con los clientes solo que podían especificar más claro que el buger libre es solo para el desayuno. Limpieza de habitación y cambio de ropa en la misma muy buena
Un hotel maravilloso y súper romántico. Si lo que buscas es relax, este es el lugar!
Estuvimos en una habitación doble con vistas al mar y qué decir. Espectacular de bonita! Además, como detalle de cortesía había dos botellitas de agua y una botella de vino blanco en la nevera. También un set de higiene muy cuco en el baño, detalles que marcan la diferencia.
Todo el personal, tanto de recepción como del buffet de desayuno, maravilloso también.
El buffet del desayuno. Una pasada! Con todo tipo de opciones sanas y no tanto, a gusto de cada un@. Con opciones de leches vegetales, el café riquísimo, y toooodo lo demás. Si estás dudando, incluye el desayuno en tu pack, no te vas a arrepentir.
Lo súper recomendaría a cualquiera que quiera hacer una escapada romántica.

Excelente hotel al lado de la playa, trato de todo el personal estupendo y súper profesionales y amables. No pierden detalle si necesitas ayuda. Felicidades a la dirección y a todo el equipo de trabajadores, limpieza y mantenimiento, recepción, camareros, etc.seguro que volveremos.
The hotel has the best location, right by the sea. But the staff were not very nice and were impatient. There is no parking, and the parking in the hotel is charged by 15 euros! (even for hotel guests), we never encountered such habit in any hotel we were in Spain.

Espectacular, tornarem segur, el tracte del personal espectacular, neteja un 10, menja un 10 perfecte menú, carta, esmorzar, dinar, sopar.
Piscina I instalacions perfecte.
La nostra experiència en aquest hotel ha estat molt positiva.
Les instal.lacions súper maques i el tracte del personal en tot moment molt professional.
Hem esmorzat i dinat cada dia al restaurant de l'hotel i hem de dir que hi hem menjat molt bé.

Un lloc excelent per fer un aperitiu a la terrassa, i després dinar, dispoden d'un menú de força qualitat a un preu competitiu pel lloc on està.
Me habían hablado que hace años se comía de Maravilla. Pedimos una fideuá con una gamba, dos almejas, trozos de sepia del tamaño de un garbanzo, enfinlo que es por el menú no volveré

He usado sólo el parking porque es donde te obliga la ordenanza del ayuntamiento a ir como buceador. Cuesta 3 euros la hora y tampoco hay muchas plazas
Phenomenal authentic paella with views of the sea. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food delicious. The Menu is a perfect amount of food that includes a salad and muscles, choice of different types of rice, and a desert.
Lloc magnífic, bones vistes, bon clima, amb una varietat de plats molt treballats i amb productes de molt bona qualitat. A tot això, hi afegim un servei molt professional, amb molta atenció i amabilitat.
