Grand Hotel Central, Barcelona

Super Rooftop, recomendado por un amigo. No me decepcionó, muy bien ubicado, con un entorno muy agradable, buena música y un personal de primer nivel. Para tomar una copa o una comida es genial. Hermosa vista de la ciudad. Recomiendo ampliamente que no te decepciones.

El hotel y el personal son absolutamente fantásticos.
La ubicación también es genial.

El personal fue excepcional y extremadamente acogedor y servicial.

Cuando volvamos a Barcelona ni siquiera nos molestaremos en buscar otros hoteles y volveremos a reservar aquí.

One of the best and most service oriented hotels I have stayed so far!
Starting with an extraordinary welcoming check-in (drinks being served during the check-in process), heading over to a nice & clean room, good accessable & well set up facilities (gym and Sauna), nice and well organized breakfast and to sum everything up:
services is not just taken serious, all staff of the hotel make your stay as easy as possible for you as their guest (e.g. My gf had birthday and I was asking for some white roses. At 00: 00 more than 30 white roses have been delivered to our room, making the birthday very special… next day every staff member congratulated my gf to her birthday as well… AWESOME and one of its kind service!)
Location is very central and in also Ramblas is in walking distance.
Cutting a long story short:
THIS is how a 5* hotel should feel like!

Incrediblle place, very beautiful site, on the top of the city, but so chill inside. I really enjoyed the staff, the service by Oly, Victor y Arke was so professional and friendly! I will come back for sure.

Nice hotel with good location. Friendly staff. Great skybar. I like that there is nice tea in the room and they restock it every day.
Rooms are a bit dark. Breakfast is nice but service could be better (sometimes it’s impossible to order coffee).

5 stars like the hotel, great service, very good waiters! Arkee, Oliver and Victor was very nice!

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Service was fast and efficient. Breakfast has plenty of options and everything is tasty. Rooms are spacious, decoration on point. But the best part was to go for a swim during sunrise on the rooftop pool, then for a little beer while the sun keeps rising in the sky. The view of Barcelona is really nice too. I want to go back to this hotel as soon as possible. My stay was very relaxing overall and I recommend this place for everyone who has enough budget.

The staff are the stars in this hotel they are really helpful and on the ball. Not convinced that it's worth 5 stars. We did not like the bathroom, to dark what's this with a curtain instead of door? Small sink, the door from Bath to washroom is not ideal. The bedroom very small with only one basic chair so when we ordered room service the second person had nowhere to sit to eat. The food by the way was very good.

Un must en Barcelona! Elegante hotel, instalaciones únicas con un servicio impecable. Ubicación inmejorable para recorrer a pie los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad. Impresionantes vistas desde su rooftop. No dudaría en elegirlo para nuestra próxima visita a la ciudad.

El mejor lugar por un panorama magnífico en Barcelona. Los baristas Arkee, Oliver y Víctor son lo mejor. Seguramente voy a voler por esos cocktails inolvidables. Besitos xx

Una maravilla! Los empleados que nos atendieron en el Skybar: Víctor, Arkee y Oliver, fueron espectaculares. Los cocktailes de calidad, un servicio increíble con una atención muy cuidada. Volveré!

Hotel Grand Central was an excellent choice for our weekend stay in Barcelona! Personal reception helpful on restaurant bookings (that really were great and not touristy) cava served when we arrived, we love the interior and room was super delicate. Rooftop was exceptional (and recommend to join the morning yoga). Also breakfast was above average - You can not go wrong at Grand Central!

Une équipe à l'écoute et aux petits soins.
Un petit bémol sur les chambres très bruyantes côté rue et le métro qui fait trembler les murs.
Cependant très déçue des serveurs au sky bar. Nous y sommes allés 2 fois lors de notre séjour et nous avons eu l'impression d'être transparents. Le serveur faisait semblant de ne pas nous voir. J'ai bien cru que j'allais descendre à la réception. Je trouve cela très désagréable au vu du standing de l'hôtel. Et nous étions clients de l'hôtel pourtant! Par contre les 2 russes à côtés se sont fait servir immédiatement. Bref déçue. Heureusement la vue est splendide.

Sejour agréable, accueil sympathique, bistrot et buffet petit déjeuner à la hauteur. En revanche le skybar et le room service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel qui ce veut être 5 étoiles.

Jaime and Facundo took such excellent care of our family. They were enthusiastic and helpful and assisted with every inquiry, from airport transfer to FC Barcelona tickets to tapas restaurant recommendations. The room was a nice size with many thoughtful details, including blackout shades and turndown service. The location was excellent, and we also enjoyed an incredible meal at Bistro Helena. We highly recommend this property - the customer service can't be beat.

Maravilloso hotel, con gentilísimo personal y un servicio en todas las instalaciones perfectamente coordinado y eficaz. No pudimos salir más contentos.

We will be back! We loved the hotel and highly recommend to anyone looking to do touristy things in Barcelona. Modern, clean, classy and the rooftop is stunning. We even did a yoga class on Sunday morning that was perfect after a long flight.
Location is very central, everything is walking distance.
In addition the service is exceptional. Do not be afraid to ask for recommendations and have their team make reservations. We got to eat at some of the most amazing restaurants because of their help.

Overall perfect experience, we will be back for sure.

The receptionists (hello Jaime and Facundo) were awesome, just like the rooftop staff at the Skybar.

Regarding the rooms, I have nothing to say except it was perfect. Perfectly clean, perfectly furnished and we had a nice attention everyday (chocolate, flowers, etc).

Finally, concerning the food, we ate at the Skybar and at Bistro Helena. Both of them were awesome, the food and the cocktails are a must!

We REALLY felt like home in this hotel and when come back to BCN, we'll know for sure where to go.
