23 Troppo caro, servizio non curato, attese infinite, cura del cliente pari a zero, tanto sei solo un numero e se non torni più ci saranno altri migliaia di turisti a farlo al posto tuo.
Voglia di lavorare del personale inesistente. Sto ancora aspettando il tavolino per appoggiare la birra (8€) vicino al mio lettino, chiesto due volte. Ma tanto domani altre flotte di clienti arriveranno lo stesso.
Poor customer service, asked the waiter to ask our waitress Vanessa how long our food was because it had been 45 minutes for 2 wraps, and she didn't even come and acknowledge us just waved her hand to palm us off and turned her back to us and laughed with colleagues another waiter had to chase our food.ordered 16.05 and ate at 17.00 appalling.disgusting poor service from Vanessa.ordered the restaurant ls version of chips/potatoes and hair in the food.when asking for the manager 3 members of staff said there isn't a manager lol
Poor customer service. Waited 45 min for food in total. 15 min for potatoes and then a further 30 mins for a chicken wrap. When prompted for the staff to chase the order they were less than helpful. Finally the manager offered complimentary ice creams. Especially poor service from Vanessa! Would not visit again!
