H10 Metropolitan, Barcelona

First of all, the people are amazing, it’s been a long time since I felt like the service level is this high. Friendly people, they work like a team (especially at breakfast) and are genuinely nice. The quality of the breakfast is amazing with great quality food and even freshly made eggs from the menu every morning. The location is the best, from there you can walk anywhere. The room has a nice terrace where you can even close curtains to not see the neighbors. To be honest I don’t have anything negative to share. Keep it going, you are a great team!

There are multiple H10 hotels located in Barcelona, Infact there were a few in around 1 mile radius of this hotel, so be careful on which one you book. The hotel was very nice, rooms were spacious and with all facilities and even had a balcony. The breakfast was good, they even served a champagne in breakfast. The service was amazing, there wasn’t anything to complain about. Loved our stay and will definitely be booking again.

We stayed in the Metropolitan hotel for 4 nights including Christmas eve and Christmas day. The hotel was very well decorated and gave us cozy felling. Our room was on the second floor, spacious with a little balcony. The room is equipped with everything you need, including robes and slippers. The breakfast was amazing a la carte menu and fresh buffet every day. We visited the hotel bar a couple times and the food and drinks were very good. Of course anything of this wouldn't have happened without an amazing staff, professional and polite. We will definitely visit again.

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours dans cet hôtel très bien situé à 2 minutes de la place Catalunya. Nous recommandons ce magnifique hôtel avec ses deux piscines et proche de tout le centre ville et des Ramblas.
Mention spéciale à Simon qui est à l’accueil et qui est très professionnel et qui de plus parle français. Merci à lui pour ses conseils cela fait plaisir d’être reçu par quelqu’un de si compétent.
Dommage que l’hôtel n’ai plus d’accord avec le parking situé juste à côté de l’hôtel car les prix sont beaucoup plus cher qu’avant.
Nous reviendrons dans l’été pour découvrir Barcelone à nouveau.

Hôtel bien placé et bon petit déjeuner. Néanmoins prix très élevé de la chambre (330€ pour 1 adulte et 2 enfants) qui est décorellé par rapport au Standing de l hôtel - en dessous de ce tarif élevé… Point négatif: très mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre. On entend tout! Voisins du dessus, d à côté et du couloir pour les entrées tardives dans la nuit. Une nuit sur 3 a été blanche à cause de cela. ‍

Bona decoració i servei amable. Preus, el q Val està tranquil i envoltat de tranquil.litat i amb sofàs si vols! Una estança amb llibreria! Recomano… una cosa, els frappé de café… els hi falta un xic per ser perfectes?

Sobre el bar, al vespre: ambient agradable i sense aglomeracions, amb una bona terrassa interior on ser-hi quan no faci fred. Servei atent al que se li ha d'explicar que, en el país dels clients, un bon professional els parla en l'idioma dels clients.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a great location. We really appreciated the comfortable terraces overlooking the courtyard. The showers were incredible.

Staff very friendly, room beautifully big well equipped, what more you can say for this kind of chain.

Recepción muy agradable y correcta. Habitación bastante cómoda con vistas a Plaza Catalunya. Desayuno perfecto. Cercanía a transportes públicos para ir a cualquier sitio. Repetiré estancia.

Thrown out of the hotel - bar - restaurant bc they did not accept my US CDC vacc card. What a shame. Completely unacceptable. Hey americans avoid this hotel at qny cost. Shame that they are not aware of current covid regulations.

Hotel Staff is not well trained in this regard. I understand the sensitivity and difficulties around Covid. Though rudeness and unpoliteness should not be accepted. And we dont intent to accept it.

A very pleasant stay! The bed and pillows are comfortable, the service is great, the decor is homey. It is just perfect!

Decorado al estilo colonial, el hotel ofrece un oasis de calma en pleno centro de Barcelona. Sus salones amplios, butacas y sofás cómodos y su terraza muy agradable son una alternativa excelente para disfrutar de una copa o comida. Como procede a un hotel de esa categoría, el servicio es atento y amable y la cocina, por lo poco q probé, muy buena.
Eso sí, lujo y en el centro. Tiene su precio (pero lo vale).
