H10 Montcada, Barcelona

A las 18.25 ya no habilitan la terraza. El personal pocas ganas de trabajar y cuidar a potenciales clientes.
Una pena desaprovechar las vistas que tiene.

Excelente hotel situado en el Barrio Gótico a un paso del centro. Habitaciones completas con todas las comodidades. Personal amable y servicial, especialmente el barman Stoyan.
Te lo recomiendo mucho. Espero poder volver algún día.
Para un hotel de 3 estrellas tiene más de lo que debería ofrecer.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, la ubicación no está mal, el servicio es muy bueno. Estuvimos 4 días y pudimos ver mucho desde esta base. ¡Buena nevera fría!

La ubicación del hotel es en el barrio Gótico. En mi opinión, ese es el mejor lugar para alojarse en Barcelona. Hay un montón de tiendas y lugares para comer y beber a poca distancia.
Entiendo que las habitaciones en Europa son muy pequeñas. He estado en varios países europeos, pero esta habitación era muy pequeña.
Esta sería una buena habitación para una persona con muy poco equipaje.no para una pareja. Tampoco había silla ni tocador en la habitación. Vivimos fuera de nuestras maletas los 5 días que estuvimos allí. ¡no es lo ideal!
La persona más amable del hotel fue Azule. Ella es la anfitriona en el desayuno de la mañana. Ella fue muy amable y agradable. Ella pertenece a la recepción.sería una cara acogedora y feliz para ayudarlo en el check-in.
El desayuno en el hotel fue fantástico. Tienen un área para comer hermosa y limpia y una variedad increíblemente deliciosa de comida.
Considerándolo todo, un buen lugar para quedarse.si tuviera una habitación más grande.

È stato tutto perfetto e ben oltre le aspettative che avevamo già dalle foto qui su booking che sono assolutamente realistiche e che anzi non rendono realmente la dimensione di stanze e bagno veramente spaziose. Il bagno è compreso di bidet, una rarità all'estero. La pulizia della struttura è al top, la cortesia dello staff altrrettanto, siamo stati accolti con due calici di benvenuto che abbiamo consumato sulla fantastica terrazza panoramica sempre aperta e disponibile a tutti gli ospiti nella quale c'è un bar, tavoli e lettini da sole e anche una vasca a idromassaggio riscaldata. La veduta dalla terrazza è stupenda. La posizione della struttura è eccezionale, praticamente la fermata della metro Jaume 1 si raggiunge semplicemente attraversando la strada, la struttura è nel cuore del centro di Barcellona tra quartiere gotico e El Born. Le stanze sono dotate di doppie finestre e quindi i rumori della strada si sentono poco, i letti sono comodi. Ci è stato fornito il set da bagno comprensivo di tutto quanto necessario, anche spazzolino, dentifricio e pettine, due accappatoi e due paia di ciabatte da bagno. Sebbene non abbiamo usufruito della colazione in prenotazione, all'interno della stanza c'è una macchina per il ceffè a capsule ed ogni giorno ci venivano fornite 4 capsule (due a testa) e due bottiglie d'acqua. Non abbiamo mai usufruito delle macchine del caffè in stanza altrove perché abbiamo sempre dubitato della loro pulizia, questa volta invece la macchinetta era così pulita da sembrare nuova. In stanza inotre c'è cassaforte, mini frigo bar, phon e TV LCD. Ci è stato consentito di lasciare i nostri bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out per tutte e due le giornate, compreso l'uso del bagno presente nella hall per tutta la giornata del check-out senza costi aggiuntivi.
Anche a sforzarsi di trovare qualcosa che possa essere migliorato, non c'è nulla da dire, tutto perfetto.
Bella esperienza, ci siamo sentiti a casa, lo consigliamo a chiunque, sicuramente se torniamo a Barcellona torneremo nella stessa struttura.

Hôtel idéalement placé, métro devant la porte! Lé personnel au top, nous venons d'y passer 3 jours pour le nouvel an, le repas du réveillon était tout simplement formidable.la fête sur le Roof top avec les feux d'artifice de tout Barcelone. Un séjour de rêve.

Hotel muy recomendable para visitar a pie la zona del Born, el Gótico o la Barceloneta. Habitación cómoda y espaciosa. Buen desayuno. Terraza con vistas, bar y jacuzzi.

Adorei e retornarei com certeza. Localizado na frente do metrô e perto de atrações importantes na cidade. Café da manhã variado e todos os dias mudam as opções. Quarto amplo, extremamente confortável, com água e máquina nespresso (com café e leite repostos diariamente) e um dos mais limpos que já estive. O atendimento da equipe é extremamente profissional, muito gentis, especialmente da Florência, que atende no bar do hotel. E a vista da área da hidromassagem é incrível. Nota 10!

This hotel is in the perfect location. There is so much to see and do in the Gothic area. The hotel was beautiful. The breakfasts were wonderful with fresh, warm croissants available along with a variety of other choices. The staff was excellent offering directions and reservations when needed. Champagne was available for free in the lobby whenever one wanted it. The top floor offerers a wonderful view of the city, a hot tub, chaise lounges, umbrellas, and greenery. The only downside was that our room was extremely small but it was nice.

Nicely located with a publicly accesible rooftop where you can have a drink. Not too crowded on a Sunday evening in November.

Drinks are rather expensive though (23 EUR for a G&T and a Negroni) considering they use cheep machine ice that melts quickly and prepare the drinks without measuring but just by feeling (i.e. You wont get exactly the same drink every time) and putting the entire orange peel in the glas vs.just the peel (to avoid the bitter white part of the skin). I give only two stars due to the unfriendly reply of the bartender (after I commented what I receive for the price) that this is a peel and he knows how much he puts in the glas (professional bartenders measure every single time for a reason). Definitely not a response I'm happy with as a customer.

Great lobby, rooftop, and service. The front desk people are very helpful.

The room comes with a robe and slippers and water + espresso for free. There are cheap drinks in the room too! I love this about the hotel.

Location is also great.

What I didn’t love was being on top of a metro station. You can feel the whole room shake and the sound is quite loud. I needed earplugs. If there is a way to sound proof the rooms from this it would significantly improve the experience.

The rooms are also way smaller than what they appeared in the photos. The twin beds spit apart as well which is annoying. If they just put a mattress cover across the twin beds it would improve the situation a lot.

H10 Montcada has a great location and fantastic team but a few minor problems:

1. I stayed 7 days, my room was cleaned every day but the toilet paper and the shower gel/shampoo were never replaced (I had to complain about that) ;

2. The shower drain was clogged up, and my bathroom got flooded almost every day;

3. The terrace is fantastic, its a shame they don't have a swimming pool (only a jacuzzi - that maybe is useful in winter) ;

4. The breakfast is ok. Maybe they can improve it.

5. One of my window was broken (you can close but not lock, so always some sound comes inside - but not a big deal)

Love this hotel, we've been on numerous occasions and it's never disappointed us. Big shout out to all the staff - on reception, up on the sunset bar & not forgetting the room maid, all excellent. Hope to go back again soon.
Official Spanish rating 3*, but a 5* hotel in our opinion.

Fuimos a la terraza a cenar. Nos gustaron mucho las vistas. La cena muy floja y precocinada. De todas formas, lo recomiendo por las vistas

Meet with great service and big smiles when registering. Hotel is located in a sweet spot in Barcelona and the roof top terrace gives you a good overview and a nice place to relax.

A este hotel le falta una estrella! He organizado un evento para mi empresa y desde el principio hasta el final el servicio ha sido excelente. El hotel es precioso, las vistas desde la terraza espectaculares. Todo el equipo ha sido súper amable y atento a cualquier necesidad, muchas gracias a todos y a Laia en particular! Volveremos pronto!

Un 3 stelle boutique veramente sorprendente.
La camera raffinata e ben organizzata, bagno abbastanza spazioso con una bella doccia.
Tanti dettagli piacevoli, come il kit di prodotti di necessità racchiuso in una bustina riutilizzabile, i cioccolatini di benvenuto e se fai parte del club H10 hai anche un cocktail da bere al bar dell'hotel.
Colazione molto buona, servita con croissant e succo d'arancia fresco in bottiglia.
La posizione è ottima, a ridosso del Barrio Gotico, davanti alla fermata della metro Jaume 1, vicinissimo alla cattedrale e poco distante dalla zona della Barceloneta.
Consigliatissimo!

Hotel boutique muito confortável, ótimo café da manhã, staff muito educado e prestativo, com bar no rooftop, excelente localização no Bairro Gótico, com estação de metrô na frente, mercado ao lado, e bem perto da Catedral de Barcelona e do museu Picasso.

Heb al diverse hotels gezien maar deze steekt er met kop en schouder ver boven uit. Vriendelijk personeel mooie kamer goede service klantvriendelijk en ook niet geheel onbelangrijk schoon en netjes.

Ya he visto varios hoteles, pero este está muy por encima del resto. Personal amable habitación agradable buen servicio atención al cliente y también no sin importancia limpio y ordenado

Have already seen several hotels but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Friendly staff nice room good service customer friendly and not unimportant clean and tidy
