Haaus Coliving, Barcelona

Lo pasé muy bien con Haaus. Gente amable, gran servicio y perfecto para mi estancia de 6 meses en Barcelona.

Extremadamente satisfecho con mi estancia en Haaus Gran Via. Excelente ubicación, apartamento recientemente renovado, anfitriones atentos y compañeros de piso amables. Muy recomendable.

Haaus gifted such an incredible experience. I felt supported transitioning to Spain for study with the help of Ignasi, Marc and Joaquin. They are helpful individuals that only wish the best for their co-livers. Thanks heaps guys <3

Complete rip-off.
Unfortunately, my one-month stay at this coliving space was extremely unpleasant.
The heating was outdated and ineffective, causing the room to be uncomfortably warm when it shouldn't be and cold when it should be warm. We literally had to adjust the pressure with a spanner to increase/decrease the pressure of the entire system in order to have a shower. My flatmates were also charged extra fees for using the heating during the winter months. Additionally, the contract was filled with small print clauses that felt unfair and exploitative, so I ended up paying 380 EUR more than initially expected.
Furthermore, the room was equipped with the cheapest furniture, no comfortable office chair, if not a really standard Ikea chair which made WFH a real challenge. The staff running the space were incredibly fake and unprofessional (apart from Ignasi). They put on a friendly facade, but when it came down to addressing my concerns, the concerns of other colivers or complaints, they were unresponsive and disinterested or simply provided a makeshift solution.

The cleaning was satisfactory, but it was nowhere near enough to compensate for the other issues I experienced during my stay. Overall, I would not recommend this coliving space to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional environment. The outdated facilities, unfair pricing policies, and unprofessional staff make it a poor choice for a long-term stay.

Estadía de un mes en coliving desagradable. Calefacción anticuada, tarifas adicionales, contrato con letra pequeña injusto. Personal poco profesional. No recomendaría.

I stayed at the Coliving Urgell for multiple months and can highly recommend everything!
Ignasi & the team helped me a lot to feel at home in Barcelona immediately!

Could not recommend it more for anyone starting out life in Barcelona:
> The Haaus landlords are the most caring bunch of people you'll ever meet. You're not just booking a room but it felt like they were looking out for us, sharing recommendations, creating a community
> From what I hear there are lots of bad housing offers on the market (run down apartments, difficult landlords) and so with Haaus it was great having a hassle free, beautiful place to stay

I was looking for an apartment with my wife and we met one of the apartments. From the visit to the day we left the apartment 6 months later, the HAUUS team has helped us and made things easier. From recommending places to spend super exclusive holidays to helping us with registration matters. We spent 6 months in a home. The apartment is very large and everything is designed to enjoy the common spaces and rest quietly in the rooms. We had birthdays and made new friends.

Estaba buscando piso con mi esposa y conocimos uno de los pisos. Desde la visita hasta el día que dejamos el piso 6 meses después, el equipo de HAUUS nos ha ayudado y facilitado las cosas. Desde recomendarnos lugares para pasar vacaciones súper exclusivas hasta ayudarnos con asuntos de empadronamiento. Pasamos 6 meses en un hogar. El piso es muy grande y todo está pensado para disfrutar de los espacios comunes y descansar tranquilos en las habitaciones. Pasamos cumpleaños despedidas e hicimos amigos nuevos.

My experience at Haaus Co-living was spectacular since we had the first distance contact from my country of origin, the extremely attentive, helpful and pleasant hosts, the extremely comfortable facilities, the place is very nice and cozy, to have everything at hand during the arrival is priceless, my roomies also made the experience unforgettable! I recommend them 100% satisfied and I appreciate all their attention!

I had an amazing time here! Totally recommended!
I stayed almost two months and I was able to work peacefully and travel around Barcelona and Europe in general. Haaus is a pretty chill place to stay, the neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful and it's just 10 minutes away from downtown, so is super handy if you want to go out there.

Great Experience with Haaus Coliving! Everything is thought and done to make our life easier! The two managers are always ready to help, very professional and above all very friendly! I recommend this Coliving 1000%. Also the furniture is great! You will feel at home for sure!

The best thing about Haaus is the personalized support from Joaquin and Marc. They were always available and always very friendly and willing to resolve whatever needed resolving. Everything in the flat was new and of good quality. The place was cleaned weekly and the neighborhood was safe with tons of grocery stores around and near bus and transit stations to connect you to all of Barcelona easily. I would definitely recommend if you´re looking for a well run and high end coliving space.
