Muy caro para lo que es la calidad del helado que no es nada de otro mundo. Pedí un crep con una bola de helado y según lo amado eran dos euros más si quieres helado o si quieres Nutella.

Helados italianos artesanos de muy buena calidad. Tiene muchos sabores y también 4 opciones para veganos. Nos atendieron muy amablemente.

Helado de dulce de leche e italian job, riquísimo! Muy recomendable y ademas la atencion muy buena!

Vaig probar els gelats abans de la pandemia i son molt bons, el altre dia vaig voler tonar a entrar, pero al veure la dependenta sença mascareta no vaig entrar.

The flavor is really good and it is not expensive! It has a chalkboard for children to draw and have a bit of fun while they visit the shop.

100% recomendada esta heladería tiene buena atención, calidad en sus productos y buenos precios. La verdad es que nunca ha fallado con sus helados y postres. Siempre recién hechos y con sabor inigualable. Definitivamente mi lugar favorito para comer helados y crepes de nutella ️

La atención es muy lenta, la chica que atiende no toma medidas higiénicas suficientes, mientras que los que esperamos en la cola tomando distancia y con mascarilla, ella coge los cucuruchos, las tarrinas, te sirve el helado y te cobra sin lavarse las manos entre clientes. Muy mal. No volveré. El helado normalito.

Los helados están muy buenos. Cada vez que veo un Dino quiero probar diferentes sabores, y por ahora ninguno ha defraudado. De los mejores helados de pistacho que he probado.

Me encantan mal los helados de acá. Siempre pido lo mismo chocolate y dulce de leche (aveces cambio). Que rico, amo mal. Este, el de paseo de gracia y el del shopping L’illa diagonal.

Je déconseille fortement, je me suis faite arnaquée en payant avec ma carte bleue sans contact. En plus le granité est trop liquide.

No te explican la mecánica de los gustos, las imágenes son engañosas y en vez de ayudar al turista se abusan. No me gustó

I don't usually post review but what happened is so amazing!
I would even not put one star!
I live just aside of this "Heladería" and go often with my family
But tonight, for some reasons my Credit card didn't work out. So I explained to the young cashier that I come back with cash. Right away the owner came out of his office and yelled at me in front of customer like I was about to steal something or leave without paying. I explained with calm that I come back and maybe his machine doesn't work well. He just kept yelling at me saying: "You need to pay me 5€ and besides you took a big ice cream". Like I was supposed to know my Credit card wouldn't work out. Plus the ice cream was 4,20€ and not 5€! Anyway, I came back to pay and told him to keep the ice cream. I live very close and would come often but I told him I will never come back. I speak Spanish so there were no misunderstanding. I am very disappointed of the way he talked to me, very aggressive and disrespectful toward me. And when I told him so he just ignored me and went back to his office. I know people will keep coming back but let me tell you that respect is everything and there is an ice cream shop just a little bit further where owner is much more respectful and nice to people. By the way the crêpes and gauffre are even better there!
